The sales crew was well informed and very helpful,
The install team was incredibly fast and professional and did a good job.
However
The "review team" was aggressive in wanting a review before the work was completed
The first inspection revieled two missing placcards, a wrong fuse, and a dangling cable requiring fixing
The seccond inspection revieled a dangling cable and two missing placcards that needed correcting
The third inspection revieled two missing placcards that needed correcting
After three additional months of waiting the third inspection reveiled one missing placcard...
It became painfully obvious that infinity solar while quick and effective is **** bent on making sure you dont get the tax credit for your project and while documentation was provided i was left to figure it out myself. Additionally i have yet to receive my personal generator and we are nearly a full year since contract signing and four months after project "completion"
The monitoring software is easy to use and provides some good data, and the reccomended system is providing nearly 80% my usage throughout winter which is promising for the comming summer months.
Poor communcation and problem resoluton from Infinity after contract in place. Information on terms of loan was not specific enough and I believe it would have been better to get financing on my own instead of with Dividend (used by Infinity)
I would not recommend them to a friend because it took forever for them, pretty much eight months, to show up. I missed so many days at work because they said they were coming and never showed up or canceled. When I contacted them, they said it would be three visits, but it became more like twenty-five visits. They were frustrated with me because I saw they were putting cables in one of the rooms and I told them not to because I didn't agree to that since they'd be able to see it. I called the supervisor and they were mad because I was checking everything. When they were done, I was relieved. I went to check on my attic for something else and I realized they left so much garbage. They left a big, whole electrical cable all over the attic and I was going to call them, asking why they didn't take it with them.
Another reason I would not recommend them to a friend is because when the guy came, he asked me to disconnect my garage door on the top, so I did that and then when they left, the door didn't close all the way and I wasn't home. I came back and my garage door was open and they said it was my fault because I opened it up for them.
One day, I went to the store to buy something for fifty dollars and they asked for the receipt to pay me back and I didn't get paid back.
I would recommend them to a friend because they did a great job.
Did not receive my portable generator as promised. After everything was on line. Wife has tried calling with no response. That’s why 3 stars
Project moved
Other than the bolts I found after the install, infinity has made this a very easy process.
It took some effort but they got the system in and functional within the expected timeframe.
Good aspects: Integrity of staff and helpfulness when I had questions or problems.
My experience was quick and efficient.
From beginning to end it was all well communicated and work was professional and quick.
They did an excellent job, very responsive, and the job was completed quickly.
They were very helpful and efficient.
I have nothing to compare with my experience. I didn't have any problems, but the system is still very new. If someone asked I would tell them that.
This project took much longer than it should have - miscommunication about permits. miscommunication about statuw etc. The installers had to come out five or six times to complete the job. As a result, we were into the cloudy/rainy season before we went live and the payments began three weeks after we went live-rather than eight weeks!
Poor communication
I would not recommend them at all.
I have a question about when the agent came and discussed installing the anel. He suggested 31 panels, and they only installed 23, so I was wondering why that was the case. Everything with the project is so far so good.
Infinity Solar walked me through the entire process.
The guys who came out were wonderful and super nice.
Infinity Solar failed four inspections. They probably had to be on site maybe 15 times, and the whole process took about 6 months. It was not a good experience.
The system has not met the design specifications.
The entire crew, from start to finish, did an amazing job. Micah didn't miss a beat. He's there for you if you need something, no question. It was a little difficult tracking the input with no wifi, but they were great with bringing their own hotspots. I strongly recommend them, and I am getting my neighbor signed up now.
My mom fell ill during the process, and they were very gracious to postpone the installation.
Shorten the time between installation and the time the system can actually be turned on.

Infinisty Solar was quick, didn't leave a mess, and was very professional. I am happy with the install. It took a while to get started, but when we did, it went quickly.
The install team was amazing.
The team was great. The only thing is it would have been nice if a tape measure was used when marking the roof for the mounting brackets instead of a hammer. They look like they used a crooked snake to line them up.
They were very helpful with me and did a beautiful job.
Project was not completed on time, not even in the same year that it was promised to be done in. Communication was completely absent. Tried to charge me additional amounts that were not agreed upon this is a highly unprofessional company.
Top notch professionalism all the way through the project. I am so happy to be going green and getting away from the clutches of PGE!!!
Nothing went as planned. Last minute notice multiple times
In the end everything worked out fine but there was a long time between agreeing to the project and the actual start to the project where there was no communication. I was beginning to wonder if it was still gonna happen. I think better communication about how long it takes to get everything lined up or at least a place I could check the status and see what was happening behind the scenes so I didn't have to worry. I have no issue with the work or it taking longer than expected but the communication part was somewhat lacking overall.
They did a good job. They installed it one day. I am happy with that.
It was a easy process, and everyone we dealt with was friendly. It was an all around positive experience.
Infinity Solar provided great customer service. I'm very glad that I decided to go with Infinitly Solar.
I seldom give out advice (or listen to it) but I am definitely for solar power as the cost of electricity skyrockets. The istallation was a success, so I'm willing to recommend Infinity Solar to friends.
There were no ”hard sell” tactics used. Clear explanations and very friendly people who were knowledgeable and helpful.
These people seem to know how to size a solar system and they know how to get the engineering done for a manufactured home. BUT... once they have sold you the system you will be on your own because the salesman will ghost you, the project management will be all but non existent. Be prepared to watch over everything and don't expect any support after you have purchased a system.
I wold not recommend Infinity Solar at all.
The tech doing the site survey left cracks on the ceiling on the inside of my house and garage by his work in the attic. Left dirt marks all over my walls inside and in garage. This is a brand new home and he was completely careless on each visit. An attempt was made to fix it and that failed as well. The subcontractor barely spoke English causing several miscommunications between us. I received no follow up at all by Infinity to check if the issue was resolved. I like the solar but the install was kind of a nightmare.
I finally have solar on my older house (built 1912). Infinity worked to make this happen where other companies were unable or unwilling to help.
It took them three months to get my solar hooked up to Pacific Power. They kept dragging their feet about paperwork and turning it into the power company so they could turn it on.
I wouldn't recommend them to a friend because it's very hard to get a hold of anybody in every aspect. I leave messages and I get nothing back.
I especially appreciated the efficient and quick process from signing the agreement to when the solar was actually on and running. I had every step explained to me as the process was going on and was checked in with multiple times. Everyone that I interacted with during the process seemed to take pride in where they worked and was customer service focused.
They do excellent work and it works perfectly.
They were great all around.
I am happy to have the solar panels on my house, and I think Infinity did a good job.
It took 4.5 months from the contract. To when they got things installed.
Super fast to sell the project, then communication fell off. Project took so long the permit was set to expire and there was no proactive communication from my team about the delay. I had to pester them when I got notification from the city that the permit was expiring.
The installation itself was fast, with one minor item that needed to be corrected. Now that the system is up and running, we’ll see what my utility bills look like. Unfortunately I have run into another issue post-completion: Infinity told me they’d be paying for 2 cycles once my system was turned on. However I’m having money drafted from my account when Infinity should be paying.
