Very good at communicating each phase of the instillation.

Kept me updated as to where we were in the process.

Infinity Solar delivered what they promised.

During installation of the electrical panel you cut sheet rock out and left the panel all side ways in the wall then you said no payment for six months you are about to take payment two with no reimbursement several no returns calls I am about to stop payment so far you are very dishonest!!!

They are unresponsive. The sales person presented a different package than what I received. I feel like once they got the deal sold, they rested on their morals for follow through. I paid for it in full in May, and that was too long of a wait since we have now lost all of the Oregon sun.

We were very satisfied. The crew was efficient and polite. The communication from the office about the next steps was great. Overall, it was a good experience.

I love solar panels for my coastal home and was impressed they could place 10 panels across my south abs west facing small pitch roof
My home heating is electric and I feel this is an excellent longterm investment with local
Power company providing net metering
I feel this is the smartest upgrade I made to my new home purchase

I already recommended you to my neighbors.

Working with the people who installed the panels and the marketing agent for the panels was a pleasant experience. However, it was frustrating to try to reach Infinity Solar. Most of the time I called the number on their website, I had difficulty actually speaking to anyone. When they called me and I missed the call, they would leave a voicemail, which I appreciated, but when I returned the call, it would go to voicemail again. Overall, it was difficult to speak with Infinity Solar.

I had a few challenges along the way with the installation and being able to go "live." I think it was the local electrical company that was behind and not Infinity.

make sure to see a roof of similar color with the panels in the SUN Employees sent to the house are adoptable

A multitude of problems occurred that reflect poorly on the company - problems in planning and installation that are still unresolved.

The individuals who provided pre-installation service

The provided good service.

They were easy to work with, and I’m very happy with the service and the product we received.

They were up front, work.complwted as promised, with quality. Great communication and honored their word on everything.

The system seems to be working fine, and I haven’t had any workmanship problems. All of the Infinity employees who came to my house were awesome—they answered questions, were awesome, very helpful and professional. The problems started when I had to deal with Infinity employees I never met in person—the ones assigned as my liaisons to keep me updated on progress and to answer questions. That’s where communication broke down. Once everything was finished, the system worked fine and I haven’t had any issues. As I mentioned, everyone who came to my house was great. However, when dealing with someone on the other end of the phone—the people assigned to keep me updated and answer questions throughout the process—the experience was awful. They just didn’t do their job. I’m guessing it was because it was the end of the federal rebates period and they were swamped with work, but I would send emails, call, and text, and sometimes it would be a week or two before I heard back. Even then, their communication was poor. But anyway, that’s my only complaint.

Their follow-up is very lacking when it comes to issues after everything has been said and done.

There was just a lack of communication with Infinity Solar. It was difficult to get ahold of them and we were on a time frame. We did get the project finished in time, but only by the skin of our teeth. It was too close for comfort for me because we were at the end of the incentives. So, for the tax incentives, it had to be done and installed by a certain date. It just got very close. And of course, it didn't matter to them, because it wasn't their taxes that were affected; it was mine.

Infinity Solar had very nice people. They were attentive to details and stuck to the job. I am very pleased.

My solar panels have been operating for 3 months, my loan payments are coming out of my bank account and I am still getting a power bill from PGE. Doesn’t make any sense.

Slow down the sales pitch and give more information more slowly

The sales crew was well informed and very helpful,

The install team was incredibly fast and professional and did a good job.

However

The "review team" was aggressive in wanting a review before the work was completed

The first inspection revieled two missing placcards, a wrong fuse, and a dangling cable requiring fixing

The seccond inspection revieled a dangling cable and two missing placcards that needed correcting

The third inspection revieled two missing placcards that needed correcting

After three additional months of waiting the third inspection reveiled one missing placcard...

It became painfully obvious that infinity solar while quick and effective is **** bent on making sure you dont get the tax credit for your project and while documentation was provided i was left to figure it out myself. Additionally i have yet to receive my personal generator and we are nearly a full year since contract signing and four months after project "completion"

The monitoring software is easy to use and provides some good data, and the reccomended system is providing nearly 80% my usage throughout winter which is promising for the comming summer months.

Poor communcation and problem resoluton from Infinity after contract in place. Information on terms of loan was not specific enough and I believe it would have been better to get financing on my own instead of with Dividend (used by Infinity)

I would not recommend them to a friend because it took forever for them, pretty much eight months, to show up. I missed so many days at work because they said they were coming and never showed up or canceled. When I contacted them, they said it would be three visits, but it became more like twenty-five visits. They were frustrated with me because I saw they were putting cables in one of the rooms and I told them not to because I didn't agree to that since they'd be able to see it. I called the supervisor and they were mad because I was checking everything. When they were done, I was relieved. I went to check on my attic for something else and I realized they left so much garbage. They left a big, whole electrical cable all over the attic and I was going to call them, asking why they didn't take it with them.

Another reason I would not recommend them to a friend is because when the guy came, he asked me to disconnect my garage door on the top, so I did that and then when they left, the door didn't close all the way and I wasn't home. I came back and my garage door was open and they said it was my fault because I opened it up for them.

One day, I went to the store to buy something for fifty dollars and they asked for the receipt to pay me back and I didn't get paid back.
