The communication between departments, contractors was poor which as customer led to inconvenience

They did a very good job roofing. It was just afterwards with my solar panels. They were kind of slow putting them back on.

Josh Brown, our local rep is amazing! He always discusses the process and work needs with us and he always checks up on the work. We completely trust him.

Apple Roofing is a great company to work with. Dawson kept me informed of each step in the project, the job was completed on time, and they cleaned up the yard nicely. Highly recommended!

Not changing contact mid engagement, follow through with communication. We had roofers show up with no notice the day before.

Apple is only out for sales and does not care about the quality of their work. The roofing team is the only good portion of this entire encounter. Funny how only a siding permit was pulled AFTER work completed but no permit for the roof.

Personnel are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Everything was professional and timely from start to finish.

My overall experience with this company was poor. The workers onsite had total disregard for my property while working on the project. They left debris and trash (peanut shells, cigarette butts, water bottles, soda cans, etc.) scattered about my lawn. I take pride in maintaining my lawn and they showed little regard for it. I complained to the company with little to no results so I took matters into my own hands and had a very frank discussion with the entire crew. They got the message; but it shouldn’t have had to come to that. I’m paying top dollar for a job and I expect professionalism from the staff providing the service. I will never use this company again.

It was just accurate. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did a good job.

Angelica Contreras was fantastic to deal with as a project manager. She was polite, considerate, professional, and responsive.

Great communication and expertise/knowledge. Very patient and really took the time to explain everything, which is greatly appreciated especially for a first time home owner. Was very flexible with scheduling and really did their best to fit in the repairs in between rainstorms. Transparent pricing (all info was presented before). Overall, great service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

They did a really good job taking care of everything, and I did not have to worry about anything.

They did what they said they would do and were prompt and polite. Actually did a little more than what was quoted with the nickle and diming.

J Maag was awesome to work with, we felt confident with his advice. He was more than patient with all of our questions. The crew went above and beyond working in over 100 degree weather for more than 12 hours, cleaned up every bit of debris and were very kind.

I was very happy with the customer service given to me by the rep who helped me, but my roofing results do not look. Gaps more than 4+ inches, siding missing etc.

The Apple Roofing guys were prompt, efficient, and did a great job. They were caring for my newborn child by letting us know when they were going to be here making noise, and they'd ask if there was anything they could do to help us out to make sure they didn't disturb him. It was a very great group of people, and I'd recommend them.

They are very corporate. I prefer a more personal touch and relationship with a contractor.

The crew was somewhat disorganized and extremely messy. They had to come back the next day to finish cleaning up their supplies. They ruined several mature plants in my garden that can not be repaired.

They did good work, but some things were dented and damaged, and they left them. That is the part that really sucks.

Very helpful and quick to return calls.

I can’t say more than I have never seen a crew work harder than these guys! 90+ degrees and these guys were moving! I give them so much credit. Always smiling, laughing through it all! What a great team! I would hire them again and again! Yes! I recommend Apple and make sure to request Jorge and his crew!

The staff did a great job trying to keep nails off the lawn and the driveway. Came on time, did great work, were respectful, and at the end of the day cleaned up before they left. They did this throughout the whole process of taking roof off and putting new roof on! It was a seamless project.

The two gentlemen that came and worked on my roof. We’re very efficient and what they did. They worked in that hut weather very polite. Very nice men did a very nice job.

I am currently at my summer cottage in Maine, returning to Florida in September. I have not seen the roof repairs by Apple Roofing yet.

The team and work were very professional. Once they got the job, they completed the job timely; it was professionally done. I have nothing bad to say about it.
