The work was very fast because they worked fast. The project manager was very nice, pleasant, and good to work with, and the workers were very professional.

It was like having the dream team there.

Communication dropped off completely during the process. The crew damaged my patio lights, porch railing, window screens and front gardens. Changes from the quote to the finished product were never explained or justified.

It was a hard sell and the initial price was absurdly high. It is hard to believe anyone would pay the initially stated price. It is absurd of them to ask for quality judgements less than a month after the installation of a roof.

I am still trying to get the work and billing sorted out. It’s tough because this is a small but necessary job, not very important to the roofers. But the billing is not matching the work!

I thought they were very easy to work with and understand.
