You cancelled my homeowner insurance erroneously on January 28, 2026. I discovered this in May, when I was notified by the mortgage holder. Thus, my house went uninsured for 4 months. When I brought this to the attention of my insurance agent, she contacted the appropriate people and after I had to submit a “No Loss” form, the insurance was reinstated.

They don’t return calls. I called our first broker Lou M. And he FINALLY called me back after several of my voicemails about renewals and said this isn’t what he does (after 4 previous years of working with us). This was 1 day before our policy was to expire! Very poor customer service.
