The home is not worth the price and construction is haphazardly done and necessary installation like blinds and garage electronic control not done. Economical and miserly in construction materials used. Is not even bricks with such ridiculous price. Estimated price in the community is 267,00! I blame my realtor.

The contractors that Ashton woods decides to do business with are HORRIBLE. They talk down to you, don’t truly listen to your concerns nor do anything to address warranty issues.

As a first time home buyer that works for a builder I can notice the difference in staff and representatives that actually care. I wouldn’t recommend Starlight Homes to anyone, I am happy with my home but not happy with the customer service I received after closing. It is a shame that I still have green and blue tape in my home from my blue tape walkthrough I did in October of 2025.

There is no accountability for deed restrictions, no representation from HOA even though there is a large fee.

Poor quality

I had a great experience workin if Ashton Woods when pushing my home.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because we didn't have any issues with the house. It's well-built and the service team was quick. The only thing I had an issue with was with their rescheduling finance. It was inconvenient, but not a big deal.

The salesperson was terrible, the project manager was unresponsive, and the home is highly overpriced. Based on my experience, I will actively advise others to stay away from Ashton Woods Homes.

Everyone is very nice and informative. All questions were answered, I would definitely recommend to friends and family members.

They were easy to work with, and I love that they have the education course.

The electrical wiring is what I am having an issue with. I have had a couple of issues, two to be exact. The wiring and some of the electrical was done incorrectly and that is what is causing this rating.

The service and customer satisfaction provided by AW has been incredible. They have made the process of home buying to building to delivery very smooth. I appreciate the AW's commitment to providing construction updates to delivering home on the committed date. It seemed intimidating during certain stages of home building, but I always felt they had my back and knew the AW would do the right thing. I am very happy with the home AW has built us and I cannot recommend enough to my friends or anyone who is in the market for a new home! My positive review would not be complete without giving credit to Cody who is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and who has demonstrated five-star customer service.

Well need stuff done that was not done right

The home we received is really not up to the level that AW promises. More than 20 post blue tape inspection issues, which are clearly the result of personel rushing to finish the construction, trying to hide mistakes, and working without proper supervision. We even found a bucket of paint full of garbage in the attic.

How well the house is insulated and the savings on my utility bills. Overall, how the house is very nice and built.

Construction of the house is terrible. So many holes/slits & cracking around several areas. Construction people didn't fix it like they said they were before I moved in. Next time I won’t sign the final walk through till it’s fixed, but I went off their word.
