They are quick and responsive when I have questions. They also do an evaluation each year to make sure I am correctly insured. They look into options for service and make sure I am getting a good deal.

I found it difficult to get information from the group. Renewal process was a hassle, there was never a clear timeline and I always felt like I was an inconvenience to the team that should be helping/selling me business. When rates went up significantly this year, I didn’t think twice about changing companies.
So prompt to reply. Always available for questions or needs. Very efficient and finds the very best insurance for my personal needs. I would be lost without them.

The customer service needs to be better- When calling to ask for a quote for a new car on an exostingy policy- it took over 24 hours . After zero reaponse I called and was waiting for the car based on the quote, I was told the person who handles left early. That was not a good answer and there is zero follow up. I probably will cancel my policy ina. Year and find a better agent.

Jamie is the reason I would recommend Edina Realty Insurance!!! He found answers to my endless questions and got me the best rate and coverage for my 3 properties. Jamie really went out of his way and was brilliant, professional and never got iritated (at least he didn't show it) with all my questions and concerns with my coverage needs.
It has been very frustrating the last two times I have called Trident about adding my daughter to our auto insurance. The first time, the person who answered the call kept challenging me about adding my daughter, saying “you know this is going to cost you a lot of money”, as if I had a choice to add her or not. The second time I called to add a third car, the same woman answered and was incredibly rude. She repeatedly said she was too busy, there are two people in front of me, and that it’s a Thursday before a holiday weekend and she gets off work soon, so no promises that my request would be processed. It’s now 6 days later…
Whenever I have a question, need a policy looked at, my rep is quick to reply, with help.
We switched to USAA after receiving our new billing information that had increased from 3000.00 a year to 6100.00. for four vehicles Homeowners and Ryder. We talked with MPPOA insurance rep and she was and always has been great to work with. She did provide us a quote for another insurance company but was still
More than our new quote.
I am not aware of how many accounts you service but when our insurance jumped that much and no one seemed to really know a reason that was why we decided to shop for another company.
Audits could catch that and bring it to our attention but again, I am not aware of how the insurance operation works in regards that ongoing audit.
No complaints at all about your service over the years and if it works out later and we can come Back I would up keep that option open.
