My agent has not been available and I can't get a call back. Very dissatisfied

It is hard to reach anyone who is knowledgeable. Once upon a time I had a regular contact who was familiar with me, and I with them. That was long ago. Your customer service is as minimal as imaginable.

I don’t know what Trident does besides getting a fat commission for our insurance policy. We received our new premium directly from our insurance company without any contact from Trident. We had to reach out ourselves to Trident in order to get an explanation on the increased cost. Why do we even need an agent?

They are quick to respond and get things moving. And decreased my monthly spend!

i was initially told to give me a quote with lower price than my current policy, and then somehow the quote is gone, and nobody would like to do anything related to this issue... A very Irresponsible team. So i will never use this team and recommend to any of my friends

This new policy was rescinded and no one ever bothered to alert us - we drove around for nearly 2 weeks until we realized that we had NO auto insurance - so unacceptable!!! Hard to trust an agent that isn't looking out for us, especially while we're in the middle of moving.

She found my family better home and auto policies/coverage and rates, which is so appreciated. It really helped us out immensely when we were facing a major increase in our home insurance rate.
