Not 100% of what the underwriters needed on our first interaction was done and while we thought we were insured we got a letter confirming insurance and at the same time another letter that said our policy was cancelled.

I called and Frances took over and seemed to resolve the underwriting issues. Frances was very professional and extremely easy to work with.

Horrible to communicate with

Trying to get a new quote from your agent handling landlord insurances was difficult. He was not responsive (late on his repose) and was not knowledgeable (and didn’t bother checking more than one provider). I questioned why the quote was so high, and he didn’t care to look into it or double check - instead he got defensive. Ended up going to a different agency and got better coverage for 60% of the Trident-quoted premium.

As long as I have been with Trident, I have felt that I was being treated with respect and understanding. I also felt that my information was secure. They are very professional and know how to guide you.
