I don’t know what Trident does besides getting a fat commission for our insurance policy. We received our new premium directly from our insurance company without any contact from Trident. We had to reach out ourselves to Trident in order to get an explanation on the increased cost. Why do we even need an agent?

They are quick to respond and get things moving. And decreased my monthly spend!

i was initially told to give me a quote with lower price than my current policy, and then somehow the quote is gone, and nobody would like to do anything related to this issue... A very Irresponsible team. So i will never use this team and recommend to any of my friends

This new policy was rescinded and no one ever bothered to alert us - we drove around for nearly 2 weeks until we realized that we had NO auto insurance - so unacceptable!!! Hard to trust an agent that isn't looking out for us, especially while we're in the middle of moving.

The coverage is great, the people there are amazing and they are not a hard sell. However, I do wish there was a more informative and personalized website. If policies were available online and searchable, it would be an asset. Although I haven't yet made a claim, I am sure the people will make it manageable for me.
