When Safeco advised they'd no longer insure our California vacation home I sought support from Home Services to find an alternative. They did so, but then after I had asked a couple of questions for clarification the HS agents dropped the ball. I wrote emails, I called numerous times, and was never able to get a reply and close the deal with Home Services. Ended up having to find a California based broker that was able to get me a policy at higher but not ridiculous rates. A lot of wasted time and effort due to HS failure to follow through and complete the transaction, so you have lost a customer.
I worked with a L&P "re-market specialist" to transfer our homeowners and auto insurance. He was outstanding. He listened and asked pertinent questions, he used his expertise to build a very nice package that was substantially cheaper than what we had. Throughout the process he was friendly and professional, and the communication was thorough and informative. I would recommend him wholeheartedly and with no reservations.

I did not get the proper help from the trident representatives. I reached out to trident multiple times and the representatives are rude and not helpful . So I decided to move my insurance to someone else.
When we lost our brokers/agent, we were not assigned another one. We just have to keep calling the phone number on our policy. Although the woman we speak to all the time is wonderful, but it would be nice to have an agent to call when we need it.
OMG Jenn is SO nice, she never goes on tangents and she really knows her stuff! You would think she has been doing this for over half her life, its crazy how well she knows her job. Please give her more money and never ever lose her.

I requested a quote for new pricing two years in a row and they never got it to me. The first time, they said they were really busy and did not have time. The second time requested, I gave 2 months notice and then continued to follow up on the quote request for auto and home and they FINALLY got me a quote less than a week before my current policy was due. I had zero time to review the info.
Got my questions answered
So far the service I have received has been good, I'm confident I'm getting a good deal. My biggest compliant is I basically have no idea who I should talk to about policy changes. It seems like every time I reach out for service I end up working with a different person. This is fine generally, obviously one person can't do everything, but if someone were to ask me "who is your agent you work with" I honestly don't know how I would answer them.
