Andrew tooks pains to understand my needs and was very responsive to changes and questions. He coordinated behind the scenes with the lender to help make sure closing on the house ran smoothly.

Had continued problems with having the correct quote on the paperwork that needed to be signed. Felt repeated pressure to add more policies (Umbrella) …& trying to convince to switch auto Even though it was double the amount & being told it was just better to bundle…Did not feel the agent was present & knew whom they were talking to at times …they seemed distracted…that being said I did save a lot of money but not really happy about the customer service

Everything went very smooth except the payoff check's still have not been applied to any of my credit cards or car payment. If I could have been given the money I would have paid them all online immediately. This process is not convenient.

When I purchased a 4 wheeler Trident in a very short time period found a policy for me at a good price. The representative also at the same time reviewed our auto and homeowners and saved us almost 2000$. Follow-up was promised to me and was received. We recently purchased a new vehicle and making the changes were very easy and I received my new documents very promptly. My only dislike is I do not get to work with one agent or representative. It's always someone different.
