As a new homeowner 6 years ago I really appreciated all the help that was provided then. With the increase of premiums and buying a new vehicle I needed to find anyway to lower my insurance monthly payment.

Every single time I need something or have a question, I have to ask at least twice. My agent is not good with details. He will respond immediately to say he will get back to me and completely forget and I have to keep calling or emailing. Same with others in his office.

HomeServices was one of the only companies that would offer the more rare insurance product that I needed. I had a lot of questions and felt that the agent was good about returning my calls and offering reassurance. I was a bit sheepish about calling so much, but hope that agent understands the need to reassure clients when the product is new to them and quite a bit more expensive than standard insurance.

I was working with Bill Nelson on my new insurance policy, which I paid for weeks ago, but he stopped responding to me. I reached out again and received a response from Greg Bowyer stating, "Bill is no longer with us." Regardless of who helps me, I urgently need someone to add the real estate agency managing my rental as an additional insured—something Bill failed to do after I initially requested it. Please assign someone to assist me with this as soon as possible. Let me know who will be handling my request moving forward. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Funds were take out 7 days before closing (closing was tentatively Feb 7). Funds were taken ou Feb 3. The agent said that he would correct the date. The house sale did NOT finalize. Now I have to hunt you down for my money back.

Agent provided discounts I was not entitled to nor provided feedback that I was entitled to. Insurance provider inquired about these (home owner discount) to which I provided feedback that I do not own the home I live in. I then had the discounts removed. I will be looking for a new coverage provider starting the new year based on this experience.

We never hear from you. We have no connection to your company except when our money is deducted from our bank account. The entire process is so impersonal that if we had an actual claim, I would not know who to contact or how to contact them. It is laughable that we would be asked how we have been disappointed and I have to look several times to be sure this is the company that we have insurance through! If you want to have a working relationship with customers, you have to build that relationship - an email does not a relationship make!
