As a new homeowner 6 years ago I really appreciated all the help that was provided then. With the increase of premiums and buying a new vehicle I needed to find anyway to lower my insurance monthly payment.

Every single time I need something or have a question, I have to ask at least twice. My agent is not good with details. He will respond immediately to say he will get back to me and completely forget and I have to keep calling or emailing. Same with others in his office.

HomeServices was one of the only companies that would offer the more rare insurance product that I needed. I had a lot of questions and felt that the agent was good about returning my calls and offering reassurance. I was a bit sheepish about calling so much, but hope that agent understands the need to reassure clients when the product is new to them and quite a bit more expensive than standard insurance.

What a refreshing experience considering some other customer service situations I've had to deal with lately.

Initially he was able to find coverage for a property with an unlivable house and poorly maintained structures. I was working with Bill Nelson on my new insurance policy, which I paid for weeks ago, but he stopped responding to me. I reached out again and received a response from Greg Bowyer stating, "Bill is no longer with us." Regardless of who helps me, I urgently need someone to add the real estate agency managing my rental as an additional insured—something Bill failed to do after I initially requested it.
