Do not feel like anyone wanted to help. I had insurance with you for 5 years. Only talked to 2 people one time each. They did not work to get me the best deal. Staying with you the last 2years cost me $3,000 more than I should have paid. I should have left back then when premium raised for no reason. The new company I with already has communicated more in there first week.

Horrible policy sold to me. Value used for home is way under what it should be. Astronomical deductible (13k), exclusions for groundwater when house has a pool and sump pump.

I was able to get a much lower rate and better coverage. Having a new roof didn’t give much of a discount. It was confusing to go between the insurance company and the Home Ins office for communication.

Prices are double what I have found by shopping around

I had a women back in to me in the parking lot and had trouble calling my Reese Nicholas agent. When Ashley didn't return my call, I finally called Travelers directly. They were very helpful, but unfortunately the women who backed in to me had an insurance company that was in bankruptcy proceedings and j ended up having to have Travelers pay for the repair. First accident I've ever had in 55 years of driving, not my fault and my insurance rate went up over $200 for the year and we lost our good drivers rate. Disappointed in Travelers for sure.
