Service was great. Shaun Warner was quick to respond and got us a great deal

I have been a loyal customer with HomeServices for a couple of years for both my home and auto insurance. However, I am concerned about the continuous rate increases and the lack of options provided for my upcoming renewal.

My assigned agent has not been helpful in addressing my questions and only contacted me right before my renewal date, leaving me with very little time to explore alternatives. Due to this tight timeline, I did proceed with my current policies, but I hope these issues can be resolved before my next renewal term. Otherwise, I will need to request a different agent or switch to another provider.

They check our policy every year to find the best rates. Highly reccomend

I need remedy of situation

My agent apparently no longer takes phone calls with a new merger and my auto insurance was dropped and no one told me

When I called the agency homeservices for copy of my insurance . They Homeservices didn't even know. i was not renewed

Absolutely incompetent!

Stella found us great rates for our home and auto insurance. We are going to save a lot of money.

I needed a new auto insurance card. It took too long and too many communications from me before I received the card.

I got a cancelation notice weeks before my payment was even due. Ridiculous!

Julie Piant was very helpful and thorough

Great customer service!

Very helpful!

Easy, friendly quoting process and an incredible easy process to switch home and auto over. They even contacted the mortgage company for me. Cheers!

Too slow to respond to emails or inquiries. Prices are not competitive at all.

Stella was extremely helpful in helping me get the best policy for my needs

The lady was very helpful and professional. She made me feel welcome and was very patient in answering my questions.

I received some notices of future billing and saw there was some changes or omissions between my records and the new billing amounts and dates. I tried calling 847-853-5300, three separate times. The first two i was on hold for a while then dropped. On the third call I left a message.

Jeff is excellent - very responsive and solution oriented.

Extremely responsive and very helpful with questions.

I dealt with Jorge, he was an excellent agent, very helpful and informative.
He made it very easy to add a car to my policy.

When I was purchasing a car I had a few-day wait before I could contact my agent.

Had to follow up with team many times before getting service.

Very simple straight forward process

The representatives I dealt with were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. Both Stella and Lauren went out of their way to assure I was receiving the insurance I needed and supplied the information and options quickly to make that happen. Because of them, I would definitely refer HomeServices Insurance to anyone who asks me for recommendations.

My first phone call dropped and wasn't returned by Shannon. I requested new quotes and I was promised several times to receive them quickly, but I didn't receive anything for about a week. A lot of unnecessary emails went back and forth and a lot of my time was wasted.

At renewal time, my insurance company informed me that they would be raising my homeowners insurance by an outrageous amount, even though I had never filed a claim. The HomeServices renewal specialists were able to find me a much lower rate with another highly rated company, with even better coverage--and they were very patient and and attentive to my questions throughout the process.

Very responsive, quick handling of questions, and got us good rates on homeowners and auto insurance

Prompt service. Clear explanations.

Very professional service and attention!
Everyone was very helpful and responsive.

Nathan hasn’t responded to my questions

faster phone response.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding service that Chris Lohrey. He has been incredibly attentive, always returning my calls promptly and addressing all my questions with patience and clarity. As a foreigner, I often have many doubts, especially since insurance policies can be quite complex, but Chris consistently takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. His professionalism and dedication make a real difference, and I truly value his support. Please extend my compliments to him, and congratulations on having such a great professional on your team.

It is incredible that you can't find a better rate across so many insurance companies available.

Agent was friendly and courteous. We were able to get a quote and set up the insurance quickly.

Customers service

You appear to be very honest.

Had a unique question regarding auto insurance coverage. Never received an answer or continued dialog regarding the situation. Only billed for unnecessary services that I had to contact and correct. Otherwise pleased with responsiveness and support.

Contacting the agent was difficult. I asked for a follow-up conversation - after the policy was paid for - to clear up some questions and did not receive a response.
