Very simple straight forward process

The representatives I dealt with were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. Both Stella and Lauren went out of their way to assure I was receiving the insurance I needed and supplied the information and options quickly to make that happen. Because of them, I would definitely refer HomeServices Insurance to anyone who asks me for recommendations.

My first phone call dropped and wasn't returned by Shannon. I requested new quotes and I was promised several times to receive them quickly, but I didn't receive anything for about a week. A lot of unnecessary emails went back and forth and a lot of my time was wasted.

At renewal time, my insurance company informed me that they would be raising my homeowners insurance by an outrageous amount, even though I had never filed a claim. The HomeServices renewal specialists were able to find me a much lower rate with another highly rated company, with even better coverage--and they were very patient and and attentive to my questions throughout the process.
