Every time I have had to call your company it is a dreadful experience. Make communications easier. Even when I have a simple question, which could be handled with an email or text, I feel like I need to jump through a bunch of hoops. Also, I have had someone out 7 times to fix a toilet, and it was never resolved. I really don't want to pay any more to you to have it not get fixed. Two times ago he said that if he came out again he would just replace the toilet. That's frustrating.

I can speak to an agent when I need to. All my questions have been satisfied. I find the rates reasonable considering this economy. I feel you are doing a great job keeping the customer satisfied.

HAVE A TIMELY RESPONSE TO VOICMAILS LEFT REALLY HARD TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE & AGENTS KEEP CHANGING ALL THE TIME

It is hard to reach anyone who is knowledgeable. Once upon a time I had a regular contact who was familiar with me, and I with them. That was long ago. Your customer service is as minimal as imaginable.
