Was contacted at 6:20 am on the day of the job that rep would arrive at 7 am. Finally arrived at 8:05 am. Was originally told workers get up on roof around 8 and done by 3. All the other jobs in our neighborhood that seemed true. Due to weather delay workers started going up around 8:30. Job wasn't done until 6:00 pm. The debris trailer wasn't removed until 7 pm. Once it was gone I found nails and wood chips still in driveway. My deck wasn't covered fully as promised, shingles were dropped on my skylights, our front plants were damaged, and several areas of our lawn were damaged. Will most likely have to re-sod grass on the side of my house due to damage. I checked my lawn the next day to make sure all the debris was picked up and found an entire sleeve of roofing nails for the nail gun on my front lawn. The next day when I mowed my lawn I ended up with a nail in my lawnmower tire. Overall, I was highly disappointed in the duration of the job and lack of clean up. We have had several rain events since the new shingles were installed, and so far have had no leaks. I am grateful for that.

I understand they were short two people the day they started but they worked really hard but maintained a professional attitude. Overall I was very pleased with the entire process.

Professional, Efficient, Great work all around.

Workers left multiple rotten boards on the roof that were supposed to be replaced resulting in a squishy roof after work was done. Issue was corrected for the most part next buisnes day.

Installation estimate was longer than actual time. One day estimate versus nearly two days actual. Cost was very competitive to other bids. Clean-up was good but required homeowner 3-4 hours cleaning up debris and nails.

Jay was professional and took time to answer our questions . I am sure friends would appreciate this.
