The Home Pro Roofing crew arrived both day 1 and 2 before the sun came up. As soon as there was adequate light, they began working and continued non-stop for 12 hours and repeated their promptness the next morning. Job was finished, including all trim replacement where necessary and subsequent clean up in 1 1/2 days.

Jarod and his team were so easy to work with. For the first meeting to installation he was on top of everything. Worked with us when we had communication issues with insurance and helped walked through the process the entire way.

One bad thing that happened early on was that they delivered the wrong shingles. I would have expected someone from their firm to check the shingle color before they started installing them, but we were away that day. When we got home, we discovered the wrong shingles, so it was kind of a rough start. However, about a week later, they made it right and fixed it.

Additionally, the cleanup after the first roof installation was pretty bad. I was finding a lot of debris all over the deck in the back and on the sidewalk in front, and it wasn't great. But the second time around, they did a much better job with the cleanup, so I'm very happy with the redo.

The Project Consultant, Luke, did not just survey our roof from the ground, when he recommended we need to replace our roof. He actually went on the roof and took pictures of areas of concern, that we were not even aware of- very impressive!

The sales representative was very courteous, informative and friendly. He was the only contractor that I interviewed that actually got on the roof, took photos and made reasonable recommendations.

1. Flashing Color: The newly installed flashing does not aesthetically complement the Virginia Slate roof color or the home's existing exterior colors, including the fascia and soffit.

2. Soffit and Fascia Painting: Painting the repaired soffit and fascia was not included in the project. These areas should have been properly painted and finished before installing the new gutters to ensure a complete, professional appearance.

3. Damaged 2 bushes because the team was careless during teardown. Had to point that out to them during the tearing.

4. A drainage issue at the roof-to-gutter intersection causes rainwater to bypass the gutter and spill over the fascia and soffit. This problem existed before the roof replacement and was specifically brought to Garrett’s attention before the job, with a request to have it corrected.

My main contact was super helpful, friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Communication was easy, and install was completed in a timely manner.
