Timely response and estimate by Quinn Renicker. After signing, Quinn continued to provide timely communications, answered questions promptly, scheduled the installation and delivered exactly as promised. The installation looks precise and well executed.

Not happy with gutter guard installation

Mario was great. They showed up at the crack of dawn and had it complete by sundown. Cleanup was great also. Finally, they did more for less. They put down an additional sublayer over the existing slat board and still came in at 1k less. Also I purchased a heat tape for edge of the roof to prevent ice jams and they put that on as well. Overall, you cannot do better.

The job was completed quickly. I still have not had the project manager come by to go over the job completion with me. He has not sent pictures and is not responding to my emails.

Professional, timely, explained the process well

Jason was knowledgeable and provided information and support through the entire quote and installation process.

Inspector was very friendly, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Did not try to upsell (we actually asked for more than he originally recommended.) Crew was fast and efficeint, complete teardown with some roof board/sheet replacement and installed venting, all done in one day. Scope of work was spelled out clearly with itemized estimate before any agreement was signed.

Home Pro Roofing did a great job. I'm very happy with the roof, and I'm sure it will be great for the next few years. Matt, the representative who sold it to me, was very polite, explained everything very thoroughly, and I was happy with it. The only problem we had was that they threw away my rain gutter material, and I really think they should replace it. But I said I would buy the replacement material if someone would install it, and Matt said he would do that. We'll see how that works out.
