The sales person was great. Prompt attention to matters. Double checked the measurements and install was sooner than expected.

The garage floor cover was completed to my satisfaction. However, the persons that removed several items (work bench, small freezer and 2 storage cabinets) before installing the cover DID NOT RETURN TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AS PROMISED . Efforts to contact them failed.

The planning was easy wiht my consultant, it was easy to make appoitments for installation and the product is very good.

Deliverrd what was promised

The sales person measured and then another representative from CA came to measure. The tall shelf was installed and the production team did not look at the measurements and the top of the shelf had to be cut in place. We were not happy , installation stopped and a new shelf was made with the proper measurements . We were told that the production team did not review the measurements taking into account a heat register on the wall.

The guys did a great job on the floor. They just didn’t clean up very well. There is a ledge along one wall with bottles and containers and it was covered with dust and lots of flakes. Same for back wall where I have tools hanging and the other side wall where rakes, shovels and garden tools are hanging. There were flakes all over the tools and 2x4s I had mounted for nails and hooks to hold the tools. It wasn’t that difficult for me to vacuum it up but would have been nice if they had done it. One wall was accidentally sprayed with the solid gray used on the floor. I can easily touch that up though. Overall, I like the end result. The floor looks great.

You did not call or show up on my scheduled installation date, and communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told that a manager would contact me to discuss my concerns, but no one ever followed up. It took nearly two months before I was finally able to speak with a manager. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. Additionally, my driveway and freshly painted drywall were damaged, and my garage was left in a mess. The coating job itself was poorly executed, with visible lines where the surface was not smoothed out. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not use this company again

It looks good from a distance but when I get up close to some of the detailed work such as around the wall edges and in the joints in the floor, I'm a little disappointed in the quality finish.

The first time I called customer service they were misinformed on getting the 2nd measurement and also the delivery materials. Also when I handed my debit card to the installer I didn't realize but he never handed it back and I had to lock card and replace. I am still waiting on replacement card. If it wasnt for these 2 issues it be a 10

Sales and install were good however, offgassing from the material is strong enough that I am still unable to use the closet or room. If it doesn't dissipate, I will need to remove it.

Armaney was on top of everything once the project had begun. Dealing with rains and drought was not the fault of the company, but she managed to fit us into the schedule after so many failed attempts due to weather conditions.

The floor had to be redone because the first crew messed it up. The first crew also made a huge mess in my garden with the flakes they scattered on the floor. They did not clean up the mess. The second crew that redid the flooring was good and cleaned up everything. We had called and asked that someone come back out to clean up the first crews mess. It was said that someone would be out, but nobody ever came.

The floor turned as nice as the photos on their website. I was very happy with the final product! The sales representative was polite and verbally walked me through the entire process. The crew that did the work conducted themselves professionally all day while on the job and were very informative when I had additional questions. I highly recommend this floor treatment and this company to anyone looking to make their garage a great looking space.

Pricing would be the main reason for this rating.

Receipt of some essential supplies/materials were delayed even though work was scheduled as planned. Work extended 1 additional day and I wasn't informed until final scheduled end of day.

The gentlemen you sent for the installation were superb. Couldn't be happier with them.

I like my original closet much better. This new design is awful
