The consultation was very straightforward, answering all of my questions. My needs and requests were taken into consideration in my design.

There were missing pieces to our project. When the scheduler called to set up the time to come back and install them, it was more than two weeks out. If you are not able to complete the job at time of install, every effort should be made to complete the install as soon as possible and not make a customer wait.

The sales person was knowledgeable, very customer friendly, and willing to offer advice.

The price was very reasonable and the installation process was seamless.

Overall, I want to thank the installers, Taylor and Marquis. Hardworking, young guys who put up 2 units on early April. Thank you. The main closet unit looks great. Both do. I respect their work and perseverance. Here are a couple of elements that if cured would make the grade higher. 1.) The main unit is not 100% complete. Paid for a valet rod that was not installed because the installers said they were given the wrong rod size. They/I noted this in the exit doc and no follow up from Closet America on this yet. 2.) Additionally, the installers were great, but they installed a wall rod with some damage on it. (They said a third party angrily slammed their van door on it while it was parked outside.) I was told it would not impact performance of the unit, but for this sort of large investment, I don't prefer to see any visibly damaged materials. 3) The main closet unit (right side) itself appears to be pulling at the wall. The top right corner now dips a bit. (I am hoping to have this checked out by Closet America this week.) Otherwise, overall a solid job. The valet rod and other details i.e. wall markings left on wall behind laundry unit can easily be fixed with some Closet America follow up. Thank you.

The workers were respectful, cleaned up the surrounding areas, insuring that no debris was left behind. I was given all the information I needed to insure that I didn’t do anything to mar the coating, such as walking on it or parking my car on it , before it was completely dry.

Nice closet

My closet installation on 3/26/2026 was completely unacceptable. What I paid for and agreed to was not what was installed. The system was supposed to be an L‑shaped built‑in, but the installers showed up with a completely different drawing than the one I was given during the design process. I’m not sure if the person who custom‑built the units couldn’t read the plan, but the result was nothing like what I approved.
After I showed the installer my original design, he admitted their layout was different and said he would email his supervisor. I have no idea if that ever happened. Instead of the correct built‑in L‑shape, I was left with standing units that take up far more space than planned and completely change the layout of my room.
To make matters worse, they covered all of my electrical outlets, even though I specifically requested cutouts. They told me they were “out of covers,” which is unacceptable for a custom installation.
I called customer service on 3/27/2026 and was told someone would respond within 24–48 hours. No one contacted me until 4/3/2026, and even then, the earliest appointment they could offer was 4/11/2026 between 1–5 PM. I was told someone would “attempt to reinstall,” but part of the unit doesn’t need reinstalling — it needs to be rebuilt correctly, according to the design I approved and paid for.
This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the standard I expected. I am extremely upset and still waiting for a proper resolution.

Too many unresolved problems

I hated the wait but I love the result. It’s such a neat and clean look, a place for everything and - this sounds stupid - I love how easily hangers glide on the rod

Shelly had such a great vision. She heard all my needs and exceeded my expectations at every level.

I’ve had two systems installed. The product is solid and the instaljatiin for the furst system went smooth. The second cans smaller closet system wasn’t as smooth. The installer arrived on time and did a great job with what he could finish. He was unable to install the top piece of the system and the lights. He said it would take about 2 weeks to get the remaining install scheduled. I had to reach out to closet America to get an appt. Via email we confirmed a date. The date was not honored and now I’m waiting 5 more days to have the final piece finished. It’s a little frustrating for the money paid that this is taking so long.

I like how my floors look so far and the life time warranty gives me the confidence that I will enjoy my floor for many years to com.

We are so pleased with how our garage now looks I have already recommended them.

Quality of the work was great ! The only reason for not getting a 10 was due to the amount of clean up my wife and I had to do. Vacuums would have made a huge difference.
