Good experience from start to finish.

Unfortunately the crew did a lousy job. The left the surface and sides with sharp burrs sticking up all over. You can’t walk on it barefoot in fear of cutting the bottom of your feet. With socks it snags them. Shiny in some spots dull in others

I have an issue with my install and unable to get ahold of anyone to get someone back out to fix it.

Manufacturing did not get my project correct. Wrong color on bottom of cabinets, wrong color on side of cabinet. One cabinet too short. No fill product for the trim. Rough spots on doors.Unbelievable for the price. Doors have raised rough spots. I now have to wait another 4 weeks plus another day off of work….

Timeliness, cleanliness, install met design spec

The customer service was top notch. The designer was great and the design is excellent.

It looks nice and when there was an issue with sizing they fixed it.

My garage floor had already been sealed using another product. The technicians did not inspire confidence because they only gave our garage floor a cursory sanding by using a hand sander. The took perhaps 20 minutes to sand our 26x26 garage floor.
