The closet system is exactly what I needed to organize my clothing collection in a neat and beautiful way. This is my second time installing another closet system in my home. They delivered exactly what I expected, and the scheduled installation was on time. Excellent service!

There are places left unpainted because of the spikes. This was created because they finished so late into the night and couldn’t see that their spikes lifted to paint chips.

Although our design person seemed very knowledgeable, I did not get the closet I asked for. He put shelves and rods in sections I did not want them in and then told me I could remove them and it would give me flexibility. So far, not true. I do not have the closet I asked for and need.

This company has poor customer service. I have tried to contact this company a number of times before and after they completed the work with no luck.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Closet America. On the positive side, the final product looks great—high-quality materials and a clean, polished finish. The team members I interacted with were also kind and professional, which I appreciated. That said, the overall process could definitely use improvement. My installation was rescheduled at the last minute, which was frustrating from a planning standpoint. When the install did happen, it was only about 85% complete and required a follow-up visit to finish the job. One of the more challenging parts was the LED lighting installation. There were no clear instructions provided, and I ended up spending about 45 minutes on the phone with customer service of the product just to get the lights paired with the app. If this is a product they regularly include in their installations, I would expect their team to be fully knowledgeable and able to guide customers through setup seamlessly. Overall, while I’m happy with how everything looks in the end, the process itself wasn’t smooth. With better coordination, communication, and product support, the experience could match the quality of the final result.
