The gentleman doing the garage floor did an excellent job! I am very pleased.

The garage floor looks sharp. I am happy with the finished floor at this point. (09/18). Floor was put down Monday 09/14. At this point, I am moving things back into the garage.

So far, the customer service has been excellent. Closet America has been very responsive and customer-focused, taking any potential concerns seriously. I especially appreciate that level of care given the significant investment I made in the closet and Murphy bed design.

The customer outreach was not up to standard. While my garage floors were finally complete, I still have not heard anything back from the finance company. I have repeatedly called but noone has bothered to return my call. I am very concerned.

I was very happy with the final product. Job was completed in a timely manner as promised.

We wanted to support a local company. What we got was a product and experience well beyond expectations. We are completely satisfied with our walk-in closet installation.

I guess I must not of mention I needed space for dresses, because it's not long enough for dresses.

On time and did an outstanding job. Very good in communicating how and why.

The men did an outstanding job and kept the place clean as they worked. All materials from the pre existing closet were removed and taken away.

Arrived when said would arrive. Installer was very professional. Thought the quality of work was good.

Chris should have come out instead on the 1 st crew that messed up everything and damaged my concrete. Chris was great and did everything he could to patch the damage done on august 18th by the 1 st crew.

I liked that both George and Elliott were very professional, knowlegeable, careful to not damage the walls or floors when transporting the materials from the truck, and completed the installation in about 2 hours instead of the 8 hours estimated.

The workers were professional and well trained for the garage floor recoating. Arrived when scheduled and worked diligently
