The crew was very professional, and friendly, so was the sales rep, they were in and out in a few hours. No debris was left behind, jus a well manicured garage. put the cars bk in 2days later. All good! Beautiful work. I strongly recommend this company, if ur planning on doing ur garage floor.

I don't know if you can improve anything yet. I was please with the technicians and the initial coating, but time will tell how good the product actually is.

I paid a premium price for my floor coating and I have several spots that weren't scraped properly so there are high spots that to me is not a professional job. I showed it to the guys but they didn't seem to care. My friends have already ask why those spots are there so it is very noticeable. I'm disappointed with the job and expected more.

Excellent knowledge of how the system worked

Overall a very good experience. Individuals did what they were expected to do. Floor looks great.

They just aren't what they use to be. I have been using them since 2020 and the quality of customer service and the quality of work has gone down. They made a point to harrass me for a payment that I had already made, yet no one bothered conatcting me to tell me that the product that was installed was damaged and offer a resolution for the situation. To date, I have not heard from them regarding my services being completed or the damaged product being replaced.

The planning for our office was fantastic, the cost was good, the scheduling was easy and the installation and crew were FANTASTIC! The installation could not have been better!

The product came out better than I imagined. It looks great and has a cushion feel I did not expect.

Don’t demand payment before the work is done. Your contract says payment is due on substantial completion.

The design consultant was fabulous to work with! And the installers did a terrific job!! Just a terrific experience beginning to end! And I love having my master bedroom closet, laundry room and pantry being so organized!

I selected ‘8 - Likely’ because I reached out to Renuity on two separate occasions to obtain a quote. The first rep that came out did not professionally represent the company in his appearance or sales pitch. He just looked at the garage gave a quote and went on his way. He did not have product samples nor did he explain floor material options. In addition, he gave a much higher price quote than the second rep.

The second sales rep was dressed professionally, took the time to assess my garage floor, explained the floor material options and displayed product samples, resulting in far better customer service than the first rep.
