So far the experience has been good.

The whole experience from quickly setting up the initial consultation, the care the designer put into the project, the second measurement to ensure proper fit and instillation process was impressive.

The designers are very thorough. They listen to your needs and present the best ideas/options to suit my organization challenges. Also the installers are quick and professional.

We love how the garages and patios look! I posted pictureon facebook of my cars in the garage after the work was completed. get lots of complkiments!

I would recommend but say customer service is not reliable.

The work and final product results were excellent. However, there was miscommunication from what was provided from the salesperson to the customer. In the end results were acceptable and pleased with outcome.

The closets took a while but they were worth the wait. I am very pleased with the products.

Timeliness and Professionalism

I like the professionalism of the crew that came to do the install. The explained the steps involved in completing the install and let me know what to expect. They left the job nice and clean. No surprises.
