Too many unresolved problems

I hated the wait but I love the result. It’s such a neat and clean look, a place for everything and - this sounds stupid - I love how easily hangers glide on the rod

I’ve had two systems installed. The product is solid and the instaljatiin for the furst system went smooth. The second cans smaller closet system wasn’t as smooth. The installer arrived on time and did a great job with what he could finish. He was unable to install the top piece of the system and the lights. He said it would take about 2 weeks to get the remaining install scheduled. I had to reach out to closet America to get an appt. Via email we confirmed a date. The date was not honored and now I’m waiting 5 more days to have the final piece finished. It’s a little frustrating for the money paid that this is taking so long.

I like how my floors look so far and the life time warranty gives me the confidence that I will enjoy my floor for many years to com.

We are so pleased with how our garage now looks I have already recommended them.

I am not pleased with the overall

Quality of the work was great ! The only reason for not getting a 10 was due to the amount of clean up my wife and I had to do. Vacuums would have made a huge difference.

Salesperson, James, needs to make the homeowner understand expansion lines when it comes to covering the floor.

The professionalism form the salesman to the installers

The management of the company is very unresponsive. Several occasions I expressed my dissatisfaction of the installation and quality of the product. Management did not contact me to address the issue. Customer service representative was rude and confrontational. The cost of service doesn’t equate to the product delivered.
