As a retired Quality Director, the entire process start to finish was outstanding in every respect. This was our second project and we are extremely satisfied.

Closet America did excellent work from the initial consultation to design and installation. A rep came and we spent a lot of time talking about my needs and the best way to organize everything, figured out a design space that is functional, organized and beautiful!

The entire experience was very professional and easy. The product is designed well and great quality. We love how our project turned out.

I love my closet and pantry! Still can't believe how organized they are! Our sales rep took the time to customize the space to our needs and the installation was completed in half a day! Everyone was very helpful and professional and we are thrilled with the results!

The scheduler was difficult to work with and was not flexible given the weather conditions. Only worked with me after asking to speak with the manager. The crew that came out got into a fight that my wife and neighbors witnessed. I was provided a 3% discount for my inconvenience and embarrassment. I would not recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone at Closet America, from the people I met on my three visits to the showroom, to my designer, to the installers, and the customer experience staff on the phone. They were all so friendly, professional, helpful, and took the time to find creative solutions to meet our needs. I appreciate that they are a local company with a local factory, which was good when engineering errors needed to be fixed.

I just found out that I had 60 days from the installation to make changes at no cost. That was not disclosed/disclosed in a different language at the original appointment in 2024 for another install.

The finish work is over and above what we had imagined. We love it and already have been showing out friends and family. They loved it. I am very disappointed with the way I’ve been treated by Closet America. I’ve completed previous projects with your company and was extremely satisfied, but this experience has been the opposite. My calls and emails went unanswered, and I’ve had ongoing difficulty reaching anyone by phone. The level of customer service provided has been unacceptable. It feels as though once the sale was made, my concerns no longer mattered. Additionally, the installers informed me that payment was required upfront before installation, which was completely unexpected.

My experience with closet America was not pleasant. I originally schedule my meeting in December with Shelly and it was a great experience. Soon to find out that my project was not moving forward due to lack of communication. I continually contact closet America to figure out why I haven’t heard anything back and why they were unable to meet deadlines. I contacted them so much that the Higher up(owners) contacted me personally to apologize for how my project was going. They gave me a new project manager that go the job done for me. Honestly, I wanted to walk away from it all because it was a head. About a couple days ago they called and said that my custom glass would not be in until April 2026. After they explained that there turn around time was 6-8 weeks. This project has now turned into a 4 month project. My closet is beautiful but the experience was horrible. I would have rather paid for a better experience then to deal with this.

Working with Emily Cooley has been phenomenal!! She’s an excellent designer, and made sure that I was all set every step of the way.
