This was a quick and easy project for us and Renuity made it seem less stressful.

Nice product that works for my needs and budget.

Everyone worked together and readily answered any questions we had. They worked as a team and installed and cleaned up when finished. They asked us if they had any questions about a particular installation or shelf. A delightful experience for a job well done with an experienced crew who knew their job and worked well together.

Not sure what’s going on with your company, but almost the entire process has been disjointed and nothing but aggravation. The only part of the process that I’ve been pleased with was the installers and the install manager. And…I’ve received 2 calls saying that they can see that I’m interested in your product and wanted to set up a sales consultation with me…both since I contracted with you…the last call was yesterday.

Heather Cooksey made the design process easy to understand. Mauricio and Brandon did an excellent job of installation and Kevin made sure the measurements were correct. I like that this is a Maryland company, the products are made in MD and there is an amazing guarantee.

Found out the price went up from what was agreed or assumed was a base starting price when reality, it was not.

Poor customer service. The measurements were not made accurately and for the correct location (wall)..! This created a few challenges: three electrical outlets were blocked/covered by the new closets; locks were not installed as per the original agreement; the wall of the cabinets were not aligned with the wall of the room which created an unwanted space and looks odd..!! Besides, our order was not processed for about 4 weeks (after the final measurements were completed) until we followed up..! Still awaiting for them to correct these issues after 3 weeks of final installation..!

Very good quality,alot of my neighbors came and checked it out. Warranty is great. I picked a nice color. And the workers were very neat and clean and communicated with us as well.
