There were issues with the installation. Plants/gardens were NOT covered as I told they would be. Lilac trees had branches broken off, plants were trampled, gardens were flattened with debris. While I understand that a tear off creates mess, I was told that the gardens would be covered, they were not. The chaise lounge chairs were removed from the deck and hung on the rails. Why your people think it is acceptable to hand the chairs from the rails I don't know. All the issues were brought to the PM who was supposed to contact corporate regarding the damaged plants for reimbursement but has not done so. I expect to me compensated for the damage your installers did as a result of failing to follow procedures. I have pictures of everything. I also had issues with the installers storing their ladder in my garden rather than on the lawn. Where they are lunch they left condiment packages, food scraps and broken beverage containers. This in unacceptable. I expect someone from corporate to contact me regarding compensation for damages.

I have pictures of the work in process, neglect and damage that I am happy to share on social media to warn others of the quality of the installation and lack or follow up if I need to.
