Would not recommend to anyone.

I would like the person I spoke with to be more honest. They said the lowest price was a certain price, and to lower it, they weren't making any profit. Then he brought it down, so I don't know if he was making a profit, and I wish he had been honest with me.

I am very happy. They busted their butts and got it done in a couple of days. I had a few issues that I told Taylor about, and he was able to fix them. Other than that, they were good and hustled.

Home Genius was very efficient, professional, and excellent!

When Home Genius replaced my roof, roofers damaged my neighbor and my sidings. I filed a complaint with the project manager about it and he promised that they are working on our claims. That was two months ago and up to now our complaint has not been resolved and nobody has really given us a definite resolution in spite of my repeated follow up.i

I opted for the installation of the secondary roof vents. Only one secondary vent was installed which affected less than 25% of the 3200 square feet of surface yet the increased price per square foot was applied to the entire roof. I'm wondering how ethical that is. However, it was my choice and I take responsibility for it. If any further action is to be taken about this issue, I believe the company should ponder just what that might be.

While they were not the least expensive it was done quick (~2 weeks start to finish) and with no major issues.

Based on my experience, I think that the installation crew was very efficient. However, I am not pleased with the sales mans performance. There is room for improvement with regard to the project manager. The project manager did not stay on site through the entirety of the project, leaving me to contact them via phone too many times with concerns. I have spoken with upper management, and am very pleased with their professionalism and ability to problems solve all of my concerns.

They did a phenomenal job! The four guys worked like machines, and were friendly and funny.

The roof work is nice, but the siding was left dirty. I informed the QC guy when he came and told me he was going to get it clean but nothing was done.

I was very pleased with the gentlemen who worked on the house. Ian, Mark, and Taylor who I spoke, and dealt with, were all very pleasurable to work with. I was able to communicate with them, and them with me effectively. Everything was taken cared of properly and the job was well done.

I have already referred them to a friend. They have already completed their job as well.

Easy going craftsmanship , good communication , told us exactly what we needed/ had our best interests at heart. I’m extremely happy with the way the work has come out.
