Everything was fine. Joe, the person who was my contact, did everything I really needed. He did a very good job, and I was very happy with what he did regarding anything I needed.

As far as in the roof, supplies, and stuff they did on the roof, I would probably recommend them to somebody.

I am very happy. They busted their butts and got it done in a couple of days. I had a few issues that I told Taylor about, and he was able to fix them. Other than that, they were good and hustled.

When Home Genius replaced my roof, roofers damaged my neighbor and my sidings. I filed a complaint with the project manager about it and he promised that they are working on our claims. That was two months ago and up to now our complaint has not been resolved and nobody has really given us a definite resolution in spite of my repeated follow up.i
