You were $13000 more than the local competitors then when you came down to the same price you left out the fee insulation as the deal promised with the roof replacement I guess because you got called out on your price.

I was told that you didn't 'contract out' the work - you had your own contractors - group had to drive from Easly SC to Mills River, NC - over an hour each day - nobody wants to do that!!!
