They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. The foremen and your salesperson were knowledgeable about what they showed me and what was going on. The only problem that I had with the whole process was the people who came out here to do the roof, the actual workers; we had a language barrier. They didn't understand what I was saying, and I didn't understand what they were saying. They only spoke Spanish, and that was a problem right there. It got resolved by your foreman. He came out, made sure everything was going the way it was supposed to, and everything came out beautiful.
