Their communication is very poor. They used any type of person to do the work, I thought they were going to do the work themselves, but they sub-contracted it out to people.

They did a great job, the whole company did. There were no problems at all that I have seen. The project manager and crew that were on the roof did a good job. I did roofing myself before and this worked out well.

This has been the lowest standard of professional work I have ever received. Every step along the road I was over promised, lied to, and still expected to pay a premium for what it clearly passable work at best.

From the beginning of the installation, we had a bit of a language barrier, but the people here were very professional and friendly, based on what we could understand. I thought they did a good job on our roof.

Great to work with. Explained everything in detail to me. Did a great job of surveying the condition of the roof and sent me the photos so I can try and see if insurance will cover any of the damage.
