The communication was horrendous. The home itself is poor quality.

The quality of the work from Home Creations was good, but there was poor communication.

I would not recommend Home Creations to anyone.

The kitchen sink is too small and shallow. The kitchen faucet is outdated. The back patio is too small.

They responded and resolved issues promptly, and have been courteous about it.

Any questions I had were answered quickly by Francisco, Jesse, Travis, John and Farzad.

Rude, poor build quality and no follow through. I would NOT recommend to anyone I considered a friend.

A ventless gas log fireplace was listed on my included features sheet and they are refusing to install it. It was on a signed contract. This is a significant oversight and I’m currently having to pursue legal action to get this rectified via small claims court.

We worked with Emily and from the very first meeting she was amazing and answered any question we had in a way we would understand it all.

Not satisfied with condition of home: dishwasher waterline was not turned on, garage door was not installed correctly, stove vent is basically a loud speaker for every drop of rain and even wind, shower floor began developing holes in the grout within 14 days, emails not returned about shower. Drainage in yard is absolutely unacceptable- having to pay for french drains not only for both sides backyard as well. Ankle deep water is not normal. Paint job repairs were supposed to be done by closing, when I told manager that there are numerous blue tape spots not fixed he said wait until year review. I used a tool to scrape off thick areas of paint from the outlet plates because they didn’t bother to tape off the outlet covers.

The whole process of buying this home went vey smooth.

Your customer service is horrible. The day we moved in, the yard had grown to over a foot tall in the front and in the back some of the grass was over 6 feet tall! The lack of concern regarding our requests, the condition of the yard when we moved in, the flippant responses....I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that wants to build. And the people that live in that same neighborhood ALL said the same thing. TERRIBLE

Home buying with Home Creations is great. They help you every step of the way! They went out of their way to get me a really great interest rate my with a mortgage company and my amazing home!

Home creations and your contractors made mistake after mistake on our home. Several of the materials we picked out at the design meeting were discontinued or unavailable at the time of install. It is obvious that home creations uses the cheapest contractors you can find for labor as the quality of work was unacceptable. We pointed out the defects at the walk through and the repairs only made the install look worse. They used caulk to fix most things which was very sloppy and excess caulking was everywhere. The driveway and sidewalks are very sloppy and totally unacceptable however we just gave up on getting it right because the contractors just don't have the skills to meet our standards. We certainly don't feel we got our money's worth. Our finish date was delayed 2 months causing much grief with our current home contract. Anyone who asks me about building with home creations will not use you for a new home.

The Home Creations team is professional, informative, kind, generous, and genuinely cares about their homes.

I'm eighteen and my buddies are young, so nobody will be buying houses any time soon.

No one has contacted me since I have moved in. I have several things I'd like to discuss about the structure of the house. No one has followed up with me. I understand there is a 60 day inspection.....?no one has contacted me to set up that appointment.

Toliets are too low and cheap. One bathroom needs shower. Tubs are very dangerous. Livingroom outlet by cable, bottom row doesn’t work.

Sod is bad and I reported it. The director has made it seem like I'm at fault and I do not agree with that. He said he was going to call back for a second time and he has not, so there's no follow-up. I noticed the yard was messed up within a month-and-a-half, and even though there's no warranty on it, it's already bad after a month-and-a-half. They don't want to deal with it, but I have proof from another company that it was already dead before I moved in.

This was a smooth and seamless buying process. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I'm on the fence currently due to issues at my current property still have not been resolved.

I'd recommend Home Creations because the quality is top-notch!

The superintendent and his team have been very kind and attentive in addressing issues risen. They were also prompt in fixing the issues, and one issue was a small matter and not their fault, but they still fixed the issue.

The reason I gave Colony Fine Homes a 4-star rating is due to the low water pressure.

They were helpful at parts and unhelpful at times.

Overall there are several small things that make me likely to not recommend, but you all are one of the main home builders in OKC so if someone ask I would say it is good enough and better than not owning a home.

I am having a lot of issues that are not being addressed properly primarily the plumbing on the house.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing. This is my third home to purchase, but the first time purchasing with Home Creations. It has been a very easy and enjoyable experience.
