I was very pleased with the work done. However I was disappointed with some follow through with questions and lack of any paperwork. Eventually water I called Heritage I got my questions answered and the paperwork I had asked for. I

If I ever had to do another roofing project again, I would go with Heritage Construction. They were professional, available, and awesome.

Kevan Billings was very professional and did what he said he was going to do. They were easy to work with.

They did great communicating. Laying down info so he knew what he was expecting. The work was done at a reasonable pace and they answered all questions.

I am very satisfied with my repairs by Heritage Construction. I needed repairs on my roof, fence, screens, and gutters, and they were able to get everything taken care of. My project manager did a great job keeping me informed of the process and was receptive to my feedback and questions. This included working with me to make sure the HOA would be happy with the results. The main crew did a great job and so did the crews that did the fence,screens, and gutters. For a big job like a hail damage repair, it is worth it to go with a company that is going to listen to the customer.

Blake at Heritage was great to work with. The weather did not cooperate with us for the new roof, but he kept us in the loop and connected while we waited for the rains to clear. The time line was exactly as estimated. He was very helpful in our selecting a roof materials color suggesting other houses to go look at.

After the roof was put on a bunch of nails were left in the gutters and when they washed out it was in my driveway. If it had not been noticed by my son we would have had multiple flat tires.
