I would not recommend Guardian Roofing to a friend or neighbor. Most roof installers are certified to install the products they offer so it is expected that the installation will meet the high standards of the manufacturer. It's the little things I describe below that detracted from the entire experience. In hindsight, I should have considered using a different contractor with a lower price.

My sales Rep Jesse Herrington was great and the roofing crew did a great job. After getting two other bids, Guardian may have been slightly more, but the service I received by Jesse was fantastic. Great communication and if I had any questions or concerns he was on it.

Everything was excellent except the clean up. Some old roof bits were left on the grass and plants around the house.

Did a great job! Protected all my plants and left everything they had to move back where it belonged. Did multiple sweeps to make sure all debris was picked up.
