Josh is quite professional, presenting all evidence to my farmers insurance to readjust their mistakes

Job was done too late in the season. The weather was cold and the number of daylight hours were short. Cleanup was done when it was dark (see #8). Shingles are pushing up and not sealing as they would have in warmer weather. I took pictures of the roof and sent them to Steve Masters because I was concerned that the shingles weren't laying flat. I received a phone call from Dan about my concern. He contacted Owens-Corning and they said the shingles should seal down when it gets warmer. Our house gets a lot of high winds and hopefully the shingles will stay in place. On a positive note Steve Masters did an excellent job communicating with me and fixing, by himself, a leak in the roof over our mud room. It was not an easy fix due to several inches of snow on the roof where the leak had developed. The installation crews were great. They worked non-stop until the job was finished. Probably would have given 5 stars if the job had been done in warmer weather. I would have had no problem waiting until spring to do the job. I need to wait for warmer weather to see if the shingles seal down before I can give any referrals.

Complete the job! Roofing went well - great job. But now cold and snowing and siding is not done! No updates or schedule unless I call. Need to improve communication. Can't understand a company floating thousands of dollars with an approved insurance claim.

Guardian worked with our insurance company and their inspector and kept us up-to-date on what was going on.

I literally did nothing other than file an initial insurance claim for my damaged roof. Guardian did everything else. Nathanial my sales associate was exceptional and I'm guessing went the extra mile on my roof arrangements.

Nathaniel Miller was awesome. He explained every step of the process from the jump, and things went exactly the way he said they would. Also, the crew was careful, courteous and skilled -- and they worked two really long days in incredible heat.

Totally professional, start to finish, exceptional customer service

My husband and I had very bad hail damage done to our roof and Guardian roofing and siding replaced our roof and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to my family and friends.The workmanship is very superior and the materials that they use are too.They are very professional and when they were all done, you wouldn’t even know that they had been there, except for the beautiful workmanship that they left behind.. They did such a wonderful job. It was so wonderful that I actually started to cry with joy truly!

Overall, I enjoy working with Guardian. They are knowledgeable, the quality of the work is fantastic, but most importantly they really work with you to make sure you remain happy.

Working with Tyler Roach was educational and interesting. He explained the process and helped with the claim submission.

I think the guy who did the estimating, his name was Josh, was very helpful and always got back to me right away to confirm they showed up and did the job. They were extremely hardworking guys and got everything done within one day, even with having to replace some of the sheeting on the roof. We weren't sure if we would have to do that, but it turned out we did, and they just picked it up and took care of it. Everything went well in one day.

Guardian was recommended by a friend who raved about them. The complete process, from looking at our roof to completion, they were completely professional. Guardian will be my go to recommendation!
