Very knowledgeable & friendly. There were a few bumps along the way, but they went above and beyond to help an older person understand.

In the last 5-10 years I’ve had numerous experiences with various “professionals” not delivering on their quality or service promise. With a project as big as Solar, I prepared my expectations for things to not go perfectly. With Green Ridge, it finally did!

The initial consult, inspection, permitting, installation, and overall customer service…everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process incredibly easy.

The company's sales and administrative process is very good up front and Green Ridge delivered the expected system. However, the operations on the ground, conduit installation, and leaving the site dirty really marred the overall experience. Lack of follow-up from the company just further reinforced a more negative perception.

Not only they were prompt with the follow-up to our inquiry, they were also seamlessly easy and available to answer any of our questions and to work with us through the process.

Took so long to get installed, now I have a high electric bill cause not enough summer sun due to late inspection, cause someone forgot to call it in, so now I have 2 pmts at a higher cost because of it.

From start to finish Green Ridge Solar and all of their employees were very friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and dispelled all of my fears.

Green Ridge Solar is a solid company that works hard to satisfy their customers. My rather complex solar & storage system had a series of post-installation issues. Green Ridge worked doggedly over a period of months (including numerous on-site visits coordinated with the manufacturer's field technicians) to get everything fully resolved. Green Ridge was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

Green Ridge Solar operated with a sense or urgency prior to install. Not so much afterwards. Got the Permission to Operate from Pacific Power 13 days ago and the system STILL has not been turned on. Green Ridge is not returning calls/emails.

There are still issues being fixed, and I still don't have a working system from Green Ridge Solar.

Great sales person great communication always able to answer questions. On the other hand, the installation team not so great. We found Tere roof no communication whatsoever after installation happened no walking through how the system worked pretty much have to learn on your own.

I highly recommend this company if you are considering solar energy for your home. The employees are professional, communicate well, listen to your questions and answer them appropriately. You deal with several different people throughout the process of installing panels at your home, but each person is skilled in the area they are communicating with you about, e.g., salesperson, home inspector to gather deals about your roof, engineer, electrician, etc.

We met with several vendors and researched online before choosing Green Ridge. We wanted a local company which had experience in our area and was locally managed. We also appreciated that this company's owners and some of their employees actually used their product.

If there is a problem with the installation of solar Greenridge Solar will solve it and get the install done ! ASAP and affordablely.

Green Ridge worked with me to design a PV array and then Green Ridge delivered.

For the most part, we are happy with our solar system now that it is up and working.

Green Ridge Solar also has a roofing company that they were able to recommend since we knew we needed to replace the roof for this project. That was very helpful and definitely part of our decision to go with Green Ridge Solar.

There was a period of time where it became a bit stressful because we needed structural upgrades to the roof. We had asked about this early on and been told that usually structural upgrades are not required or very minimal. Once it became apparent that structural upgrades were needed, Green Ridge Solar was slow to communicate, and it took several tries to find out where we were at and what the options were including the impact on the cost.

Having said that, once the options were laid out, Green Ridge Solar provided an option that kept our project within our original budget and that we were happy with. It would have been nice if we'd been able to get it resolved earlier and been able to have our system up and running during the Summer months.

We didn't start our solar journey with green ridge, and our first representative from them was let go after we started the process. But, even with those barriers,they were professional , prompt, and gave us great service and value.

Green Ridge Solar did an excellent job. All their people were top-notch.

The communication was not great after we purchased and left the sales department. The agency did not tell us when things were shifting location plans and more digging/excavation needed to happen and they did not communicate with us when we were getting billed but the project wasn’t complete. When I communicated with them they disregarded my request and were condescending.

Green Ridge was super easy to work with. The sales team was great, the planning team took changes I asked for without batting an eye. The install guys were terrific and super professional. My kids were out watching and the guys were curtious and their language was appopriate. It was cool to see a company work to please its customer.
