This job was the second we had done by Franzoso. In 2016 they did our garage roof at 90 Bullet Hole Road and we were very impressed so even though they weren’t the low bidder for the roof at 11 Old Bullet Hole we decided to go with them. From the first day there were problems. It appeared the crew was inexperienced and made many mistakes. When we brought them to the supervisor’s attention he told us everything would be fine. It’s over a year later and it is definitely not fine.

I’ve been a faithful customer for over 22 years and have recommended Franzoso many times. I know of at least two projects that were carried out as a result and those customers were very pleased with their results. They really live up to their reputation

Mark was very patient with us while me made several changes to the proposals before we signed the contract.
The workers were very nice and did a great job.

I chose Franzoso because they are well known, have been around a long time and I wanted a company that I could contact if there was a problem. They were the list expensive but I was most comfortable using them.

I received outstanding service from the team from the contracting to the finished product.

Project was expected to be completed for late spring but did not commence until mid-summer. Stairs had to be redone due to issues with original construction.

Overall we were extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish, as well as the quality of all the products and workmanship.

This was our first personal experience with Franzoso Contracting as we have just recently moved to Westchester County, However, we had heard many excellent reviews of Franzoso Contracting's work from family and friends. We now understand the reasons for the excellent reviews and will add our own.

They are great, and they do care when it comes to their customers.

Communications by company are subpar. It’s a surprise and needs to have a warning if I give any recommendation. More in later comments

I have worked with Franzoso before both as a customer and as an architect and have always found their work to be of good quality. They also have done many projects in the HOA I live in and are familiar with the community standards.

Because i had a quick responce to my roof to be re done back in sept 2023, i figured a screen door would be just as quick.

i think the 6 month wait times for the doors was ridiculous. pushed my patience to the limit.

noting the photos the sales man took of some frame rot, someone from from the production team should have come out to take a closer look, so all door pieces , if needed, could have been ordered together..
