Euro Tech has installed my siding around 2005 and then I had my windows, door and a new roof, with a tear off, done. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, products and customer service. I only had 1 issue with a window and screen, approximately 10 years after it was installed and they came out and rectified the issue. I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed anything else done. I would rather pay for a quality product, which Euro-Tech has, than pay for a cheaper product. Years ago we had a violent storm come thru our neighborhood and all of the storm chasers showed up. A lot of my neighbors decided to use those companies because all they had to pay was their insurance deductible. Now they all regret that decision and have had their siding and roofs replaced again. Some of those same neighbors told me that they wished they had waited like I did and got a good quality product. Euro-Tech's workmanship is excellent!

Arturo and Kurt were fantastic! They were professional, courteous and installed our replacement window with expertise. I would highly recommend Eurotech and Arturo and Kurt as installers!

Euro-Tech is a very friendly company. They explain things very well. They treated me very well.

You could have got a five. There was an issue with the window and the sliding door.

3 screens were cut during siding installation. Tech came early when no one was home and did not call the right person to tell us he was here. Left message to call to schedule. Still waiting for a call back. Also put outside lights in wrong spot. Front not connected correctly. I fixed it.

Work wise not bad but took one star off due to paper work issue. They did not get city approval properly and inspection completed after work. Got email from city couple of weeks ago and called office. Now waiting on completed inspection paperwork.

I had a patio door installed last year. I am very satisfied with it.

We would definitely recommend Eurotech to anyone looking for new windows and doors. Everyone we worked with from Eurotech was very accommodating and worked around our schedule, and the work was done when they said it would be done. They cleaned up all their mess. All I can say is our windows are beautiful. We also purchased a new front door which is much much better than our old one. We also purchased a new sliding glass door. Everything is well put together and looks beautiful.

The staff at Euro-Tech does not communicate well with their customers. They will keep switching you to different extensions but never answer the phone or return calls.

The windows are high quality. Installed very efficiently. I have no complaints.

I like the windows and the quality, but their referral system where they call people is obnoxious and border harassment. They called my sister about 20 times after she said no, that is harassment.

I was happy with the windows, the delivery of the product, and the installation. I was concerned with an area, and when I tried to submit materials to the insurance company, the office staff wasn't helpful, but the construction guys were super.

The windows that were installed were perfect. They did a great job on them. However, the door that I had installed has had issues since the month after it was installed. I've had leaking inside my house for the last 7+ months, and it is still not fixed to this day.
