Quality installation and product

It was all very easy from start to finish. Had the sales / quote guy here on a Saturday and my new gutters were on my house by Tuesday. I truly have nothing bad to say about this company. Solid all the way through, like their tuff gutters.

Water is pouring from my roof like a waterfall. It's worse than before I had the work done. I called and now I have to wait 24 hours just for someone to call me back. We paid almost 8000 dollars for a job it took less than 3 hours to do. This is unexceptable.

The day after we brought the gutters they were installed

The installers were knowledgeable, took care of our surroundings, courteous, and left the surroundings clean.

The intial inspection/bid took up 3+ hours of my time when I was told it would be less than 90 minutes

From start to finish all the employees representing this company were very professional and pleasant. Very knowledgeable about their product and about their competitors product. They didn’t talk bad about the others product, just supplied information (which we had already researched) so we could compare the various brands. They also were very honest about their pricing being higher than their competitors. Our main reason for choosing leaf guard is to not go up on a ladder any more to clean them out or hire someone to do it. So far so good. Looking forward to seeing how they work out throughout the year.

This is the third house that has needed new gutters and this is the third time we have chosen LeafGuard. Our previous two experiences were fantastic and we are counting on this one being just as good. Excited for the next rain storm to see how these bad boys perform.

Good overall quality

Installation went smoothly BUT then it rained. That's when the nightmare started. Instead of the water flowing into the gutters it is flowing into my screened porch area. Although I've sent pics and videos NOTHING has been done to resolve the issue. Aaron Etheridge, the manager, eventually came out but he didn't even bother to bring a ladder to look at it. After I sent a a number of additional texts and emails he eventually told me their location was being closed. He stated Bob Mattern the Regional Production Manager had been briefed on my issues and would be contacting me to resolve the problem. That was 5/12/26. I haven't heard a word and no one has the decency to respond to my emails. My home is being ruined. Water is coming in from the ceiling which has started to warp. This is the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced!!!

I liked the fact that Mr. Blanchard was not pushy and respectfully addressed all my concerns. I was especially impressed with the quality of the product as well as the installers.

On the outside looking in the work looks very good. Too early to say it was effective.

Since they did not replace several boards that we paid for we have not been reimbursed yet. The water gushed over 3 of the 6 down spouts during both heavy and light rains we have had since the project was finished. Even though it looked nice we are really disappointed with its performance and fell like we have made a very expensive mistake.

It rained hard today! No waterfalls over our gutters as was typical with our old gutters.

I've had leafguard on 2 long runs of my house for over18 years and they held up above and beyond.

Good product with a transferable warranty. Would have given a 10 but sales pitch is pretty intense.

Well I can't seem to contact anyone about a problem with the gutters. I was told that debris would enter the guttering but that has turned out to not be completely true. I don't seem to have a way to reach out and get assistance or at least a discussion on what can be done about the problem

I thought I was going to get more information on the vacation discounts. Never received copy of the signed contract and copies of my old gutter pictures.

Having billing issues. Having issues with representative calling back.
