Great product. It is strong, looks great and I love the door in the downspouts to check for anything that got through as well as blocking critters from getting up into the gutters.

Very good installation and appearance. We had the original version of Leafguard that didn't handle heavy rain well, but we're expecting an improvement with this wider version. No heavy rainfall has occurred yet.

I was pleased from my initial phone call to the receptionist to schedule an appointment for an inspection and quote for possible gutter replacement. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. Tom also helped tremendously with the financing process.

After the gutters and downspouts were installed, I found out the downspouts would have to be changed. They have to utilize the inground outlets or the foundation will be compromised with runoff from too small water barrels.

The product is fine--at least so far. The gutters have been installed only 2 days and we haven't had any rain yet. They look very good.

Less aggressive sales techniques needed. We wanted a day to consider the options, but were told that the cost was only good while the sale representative was at our home. This pressures homeowners into making hasty decisions that they may ultimately regret.

Brett the sales rep was great and so was Dylan the project lead. During the walk through after the installation, I pointed out a downspout that was on the back patio and that it shouldn’t be there but should be in a place that goes to the yard. He said he would be able to come out and fix it but when we were on the phone with his boss Jesse. I also brought up to Jesse that the double downspouts in the front look bad and I asked if there was a way to give the front better curb appeal. Jesse said he could come out and look at it too. Jesse said he could have someone come out Wednesday or Thursday, Dylan had a surprised look on his face and confirmed everyone was already scheduled for the next day. Jesse said someone would be out Thursday then. This was Thursday July 2nd. No one called and no one showed up. I waited until after the 4th to start making calls. I left a message with Jesse and was able to speak with Brett. Brett told me he would make a call and I should hear from someone the next day. Jesse called me and said he had meetings the following Monday but could come out on Tuesday July 14th. On Monday Jesse’s called and said his meetings just finished and could come out. I told him my calendar said Tuesday and I needed to keep that day. He said he had down Monday but he could come Tuesday after his meeting in Peoria so it would be early afternoon. Tuesday around 2, I called to see if he was still coming out and he said it was going longer than expected but he would see if his GM could come out. I told him the issue I have is the fact the downspout is still on the back patio when I’ve sat around and waited for someone to come out multiple days and it needs to get fixed this week. We scheduled for Friday the 17th at 9 am and I confirmed I could expect both people and he asked what I meant. I had to explain again that the downspout location needed moved and that Dylan knows the project and where the downspout was supposed to go but the new crew member put it on the back patio and our first conversation Dylan said he could move it. Jesse said yes he couldn’t do that and would bring someone with him. The sales rep was great the lead installer was great but trying to get someone back out has been frustrating.

It's a great system. I had it at a previous residence and wanted it again. It works as advertised.

Sales, product quality and installation was good. Customer care is nonexistent.

Very high pressure sales person. . I selected the product based on representations that the gutters would be high quality, leak resistant, professionally installed, and appropriate for my home. However, the gutter system does not perform as represented.

I liked the customer service provided so far. I am waiting to verify how good the product is for the money.
