Everyone was very professional and on time!

After gutter/down spot installation in December 2025 and after 3 days of rain in December of 2025 a January rain revealed a gutter issue. The solution was not resolved to my satisfaction. I am totally disappointed with the outcome.

I had a great experience with the gentlemen who came out; they were very mannerly, answered any questions I had, and completed the job in a timely manner.

LeafGuard came back two times for the gutter. The second guy did good, but the first guy messed up the gutters. It needs to be replaced; it rolls and leaks out the middle. They had to come back and fix it. I am not happy with them at all. The second guy tried to fix it—no complaints. The first guy messed up my gutters.

The workers were efficient and worked quickly to get the job done. The salesperson included some items the installers said I didn't need. I was charged for them. They were supposed to bring out a splash guard; they didn't have it with them that day. It has been two months now. I was charged for an additional downspout and splash guard that I didn't need. The cleanup was so-so, so I continued to find pieces of gutters around the house for a couple of days after. The gutters seem to be doing a good job. I don't have any complaints about the job so far. I don't have the leaves yet that I did in the fall. Furthermore, I believe they will work fine.

Could not do a better job

I was supposed to get a credit. After they installed my gutters, I have been having trouble getting the credit applied to my loan and with Leafguard. The issue is not getting resolved.

They have to come back and repair something.

LeafGuard is expensive, so there are only certain types of people I could recommend them to, but I would definitely recommend the quality of the material.

I was going to call them and tell them the crew did not put in all the screws in the gutters. They left some screws out of the brackets holding the gutters.

I had water overflow from newly install gutters. Leafguard. was to resolve that problem by installing Leafguard gutters.
Being charged $,10000, to correct the overflow problem with my previous gutters. I still have gutter overflow. It is at one spot now, rather than three previously. The water flows directly down the side of the house to the basement and never reaches the French drain I had put in to keep water away from the house.

The Leafguard gutters make our home look great . We like the way they look. We haven't had any rain since they were installed so we don't know that part but we're sure they will do what they are supposed to.

The sales person worked with us to work out a fair deal. After that, scheduling the installation was very quick. The job was estimated to take 2-3 days till completion. Once started, the job was completed in 2 days.
We then asked for an inspection, and pointed out a couple of issues. The original installer came back and resolved all issues to our satisfaction.

Corners leak. Repairs performed failed.

They came and did the job. They delivered the products. They were very respectful and responsive about the whole process.

Leafguard did a great job. The only thing I was concerned about was when they did the gutters because the appointment was canceled twice, and the gutters had been lying in the yard for quite a while. Other than that, they did a great job.

They came out and did a good job putting the system up. We had some issues and they are going to come out and take care of part of the issues. Unfortunately, they cannot come out until the end of this month. Hopefully it does not rain too hard until then.
