I’m not happy with one of the gutter downspouts and runs and I can’t get a response to help facilitate a fix.

James and Abdui came and installed our gutters for us. They were extremely nice and respectful. As they worked together, they did an excellent job.

I am satisfied with the actual guttering, but not satisfied with the office administration process. The work was not co
mpleted per the contract and I was not provided a written adjustment. This has resulted in a problem with the lender for amount financed.

Being more upfront about the price. The process is similar to buying a car where the initial quoted price is ridiculous

The gentlemen who installed my new gutters were very professional. They accidentally damaged one of my window screens which I most likely would not have noticed if they had not brought it to my attention. Even had I noticed it at a future time, I would not have realized it was damaged during gutter installation. They assured me the company would replace the screen. I appreciate doing business with a company that displayed such integrity. In addition, my new gutters look great!

Going from big box stores prices to Leafguard prices was very overwhelming. We were entering a very gray area of agreement. At the time we were not sure what questions to ask. It just so happens that it is raining as I am filling out the survey. Question, is water supposed to leak out the downspout c/o door? Also in the valleys is rain supposed to get between facia and gutter?

Great gutter system. Looks like it’s been part of the house since the house was built. Best seamless gutter system that I would recommend to anyone without a dought.

The LeafGuard crew was friendly, respectful and efficient. They had the old gutters down, cleaned up and the new ones in place in less than four hours. This included having to do a work-around to get a down spout into place in a tight spot where a gate lock blocked getting the new down spout into place. They did a great job and the new gutters are beautiful.

I have found a couple of the old gutter supports around the house, along with a couple of nails. Also the small chips from teh cuts were all washed down the spouts after the first rain.

The leaf guard gutters are extremely attractive and made of high quality materials.. Neighbors commented on how great they looked.
The installation team arrived on time if not a bit early. They got to work immediately.
And their cleanup was excellent. It was as if they had never been here. I am very pleased with the product and sorry. I waited so long with flimsy crutty gutters before I installed leaf guard.

Would not hesitate to recommend but would tell my friend that the cost is very high.

I'm a bit disappointed with the placement of our new eve spout.. wish it had gone on a different wall. The "warranty" on the old gutters doesn't really seem to be worth anything other than if the system gets clogged. The repair on our existing gutters was not what we expected. Happy with the workers though - very kind, courteous, and cleaned up nicely.
