My instalation was a week late and it took me almost a week to find out what was going on. Part of the downspouts could be installed as they were waiting for new shipment. Was told they would be installed within a week and they weren't. Also was told the gutters wouldn't leak or allow water to leak overgutters but this has occurred. I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and regret making it.

I highly recommend Leafguard! They were here whin promised & worked deligently until the job was finished. Everything was explained excellently.

I left for a Dr appointment in Beaumont, returned 3 hours later and found the installation completed and with no signs of trash or debris.

Took way to long, multiple calls to get a response to get someone to my home to discuss repair/new gutters. Rained today and I saw spilling from 2 locations gutters are not handling.

I believe the experience was very frustration for me because I kelt pressured to decide on that day. The salesperson convinced me that no other gutters are as good as LeafGuard but it was unwise for me to choose Cadillac gutters on a unit needing so many other things. Our budget is suffering due to our having this done. Insisting that the client must decide on the same day as hearing about it works in favor only for LeafGuard. That may be a clear sales philosophy but for an elderly couple it is not a kind or thoughtful approach.

The product seems well designed and the presentation from the sales rep was great.

1. When my wife went to give the guy our charge card to pay the balance, one of the crew said something to effect "hope there is enough to cover it. This is totally unacceptable!
2. All down spouts are supposed to have a leaf/animal guard around knee high. We have two that do not.

The cost and the prices that they charge was tomuch. Charged $300 for the same thing i could have bought for $40

I don't like the hard sell you put on. The show of calling a manager to lower the price. I should have negotiated down further. I would guess I paid about $3,000 more than I should have.

We paid our final payment on the install date. Leafguard failed to endorse the check so the bank returned it. I've repeatedly messaged for someone to email me how can we rectify this and still no one has reached out to me. Someone called me about it a month ago and I never heard back. We want to be under full warranty and this issue is not our fault.

Pleasant sales man Darian very informative. The men that did the labor were also very nice and did a good work.

Do better on site survey before proposing solutions and provide material and labor cost breakdown of proposed plan.

There was error on the job.

In my opinion, Leafguard is the best gutter system on the market. My main goal is to never have to access the roof to clean the gutters again and your product's design and warranty makes that a reality. I wish it was more economical but it is what it is.

Be sure to pick up all scraps and debris.

The whole process, from the estimate, to the men that came out was easy,direct & quick

The installation isn’t what was described or shown to us during the estimate. One corner of the gutters is way lower than the rest of the gutters and is holding water. All the gutters were installed so low that now that the flashing drip edge that has holes is exposed and will allow water to reach the facia. They also screwed through the top of the new gutters and we were told during the estimate that’s not where it gets installed. And we were charged for 2 concrete splash blocks and didn’t get them. Clean up was minimal screws left everywhere and of course we got one in our truck tire.

The work and communication was to perfection.

The sales presentation was pretty smooth, and I took Dan at his word on what I would expect to receive. I thought I ask all the relevant questions a homeowner would ask and felt good about the purchase. I paid Leafguard $17000.by check for 220 linear ft of your BEST gutter system. Realize now I should have gotten the quote and studied it further before purchasing.

The only thing holding me back is price. I will only recommend it to people who can afford it. I have two in mind.

I will Never have to clean a gutter again, and any damage, they repair for free. If the gutter clogs, they come clean it for free. The men that installed them, did not stop until the job was done (hard workers in 94 degree weather. After the job, you couldn’t tell they were even there, they cleaned up and even blew my driveway off. Great company. Highly recommended.

Quality product made here in New jersey. The lifetime guarantee. The cleanout window at the bottom of the downspouts. The prompt and courteous response and repair of the one small item that had to be fixed.

Scheduling was a problem. I had taken time off from work to be there but Because I didn’t verify the appointment that was already scheduled by both parties they canceled. Then an agent showed up a couple weeks later that I never scheduled. Then we finally agreed on date and time and the agent showed up an hour and a half late.

Every aspect, from sales to installation, was professional, informative, and well-done. The product is top-shelf, and the people were first rate.

I don't have any family or friends that would likely spend this amount for gutters...
