Your office manager did not even respond when I highlighted poor quality work that was performed and has never replied to my request Tonya e someone come look at what your company installed and how bad it’s.

Work needed done.Being on fixed income was hard to ok the job.Most of my friends have passed.But if asked by someone I will tell them.

We won`t know how effective the Leafguard gutters are for a full year in terms of not getting full of seasonal debris and not overflowing ( i. e. not catching all of the water coming off of the roof) with very rainfall. I was very disappointed with the sloppy installation job. A number of end caps leak. At most of the downspouts immediately below the horizontal gutters, the first elbows do not drop down vertically at the top ( i. e. inlet end) but visibly slant/cant out to the outside.

Dustin is a good sales person.

The salesman said they could fix the back of the garage so they could install the gutter there.
The crew said they could not fix it and after we had it fixed they would come back and install the remaining gutter to the back of the garage.

With the absolutely abysmal post sale/installation. The gutters themselves and the installers have been great. However, the responsiveness and support since I install has been absurdly bad. If I had to do it again I’d have gone with someone else.

Great product!

After 2 weeks the downspouts continue to lay in the dirt and fallen leaves in the backyard. When the installers left at 2:30 on the day of installation they did not say anything. I thought they were taking a late lunch and would return to finish the job. They did not return and have not returned. The only communication on the unfinished project has been initiated by us - several times. It continues to remain unfinished as of today, 10/20/2026.

Installation problem with downspout connecters, but after notifying manager they sent soneone to correct that mustake that should gave never gappened in the first place!
Second and new concern.. one week after new installation, I am questioning a problem with the angle of my gutter to downspout. Texted, but got a questionable answer. Answer did not address my water in gutter that just stays there. About an inch deep, and the 4 foot area that overflowed the other day during a medium rainfall is the same area low spot. I have a video of complaint showing overflow. Leaves floating in water area too. Not impressed! Gutter downspout is not plugged…it’s a low spot that needs to be addressed way away from downspout.

As far as the gutter guards go, we are very pleased. The installation remains incomplete and we have been unable to reach anyone at Leafguard about this open issue. We have made multiple phone calls and no one calls us back. Currently, we are in limbo as to when the installation will be completed.

It looks beautiful and it works great! Excellent customer service, fantastic on site clean up, and it really gave the whole house a much cleaner look with the old stuff covered up. They took down the old gutters and left everything spotless.
