I had a smooth experience from start to finish. Green Ridge Solar was easy to work with.

The system seems to be working fine, and I haven’t had any workmanship problems. All of the Infinity employees who came to my house were awesome—they answered questions, were awesome, very helpful and professional. The problems started when I had to deal with Infinity employees I never met in person—the ones assigned as my liaisons to keep me updated on progress and to answer questions. That’s where communication broke down. Once everything was finished, the system worked fine and I haven’t had any issues. As I mentioned, everyone who came to my house was great. However, when dealing with someone on the other end of the phone—the people assigned to keep me updated and answer questions throughout the process—the experience was awful. They just didn’t do their job. I’m guessing it was because it was the end of the federal rebates period and they were swamped with work, but I would send emails, call, and text, and sometimes it would be a week or two before I heard back. Even then, their communication was poor. But anyway, that’s my only complaint.

The installation was good and professional and came off as scheduled. Everything went well until about a month after the installation. I started having a capacitor fail on one of the panels. It would fail and come back on and about a month ago it failed and never came back on. I called my representative and he said the technician would call me back. I waited three days and did not hear from the technician. I called the representative again; he again said the technician would call me back and I waited another three days. I have no idea when the issue is going to be resolved and I am not happy about that. I am getting lower bills with utilities, but I expected them to resolve the issue much more quickly.

Their follow-up is very lacking when it comes to issues after everything has been said and done.

I had a lot of problems with them that occurred after the installation. There was a breaker that went out, and I called numerous times to get somebody to come out or respond. It took several weeks for somebody to come and address it. The person who was supposed to submit the permit to get the city inspector to sign off never did the permit submission. It took another two weeks to a month before I caught it and got them to do what they were supposed to.

Installation of our Franklin battery system went smoothly. Everything was thoroughly explained from the installation to the app that monitors and controls the battery system.

The quality of the work was excellent .
