I absolutely recommend Oregon Solarworks.
They are an exceptional business. Great workmanship, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough start to finish.
Easy to work with. Very qualified staff.
Sunpath literally couldn't have been easier to work with - I have the highest respect for their company and individuals working there. Their integrity and customer-first approach was on display multiple times from start to finish with our project, including after an unexpected issue arose on our end.
Experienced and professional. I felt I understood all the decisions to be made and all the details of the installation. I would definitely use them again. I also appreciated their use of domestic products.
Synchro Solar were the only installer who went on to the roof to determine how much solar power we could generate, as opposed to asking how many panels we wanted.
Pure Energy Group has been very responsive and timely to our minor glitches in our solar system and onboarding.
We have used Pure Energy for 4 different solar projects over the last 16 years and highly recommend them to others
Great quality, great people. Very grateful they made the extra effort to get my solar installed in a time pinch.
There was great communication at all steps of the project. The team was very flexible with my complicated timeline and was able to complete the install prior to the 2025 year end so I could get the 30% FTC. The install team was professional and executed a quality install.
Great, responsive staff. Everyone that I meet were professional and really seemed to believe in what they were doing, and the company they work for.
I found Pinnacle Solar to be very up front and honest about pricing and length of time to complete the project. Once the project began, the crew was very respectful of my home and property. Everyone I communicated with replied promptly and courteously. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Solar.
Not only did they do a great job with the installation but they have continued to support me as the software of the system is updated and work with me and the equipment supplier to resolve or explain any issues that these software updates can induce. I especially appreciate the responsiveness that I recently received from a Sunpath employee located in a different state and different time zone when I had a time sensitive issue, well after normal business hours.
They were responsive and transparent, even during a very busy time with the credits expiring.
The sales crew was well informed and very helpful,
The install team was incredibly fast and professional and did a good job.
However
The "review team" was aggressive in wanting a review before the work was completed
The first inspection revieled two missing placcards, a wrong fuse, and a dangling cable requiring fixing
The seccond inspection revieled a dangling cable and two missing placcards that needed correcting
The third inspection revieled two missing placcards that needed correcting
After three additional months of waiting the third inspection reveiled one missing placcard...
It became painfully obvious that infinity solar while quick and effective is **** bent on making sure you dont get the tax credit for your project and while documentation was provided i was left to figure it out myself. Additionally i have yet to receive my personal generator and we are nearly a full year since contract signing and four months after project "completion"
The monitoring software is easy to use and provides some good data, and the reccomended system is providing nearly 80% my usage throughout winter which is promising for the comming summer months.
Multiple install problems. Multiple missed appointments. Multiple site visits needed. Poor project management with improper handoff procedures across crews.
Cascade Solar did an excellent job. They were very supportive in troubleshooting issues that I would question or fine. They were excellent at documentation so that we could get the process going correctly with the power company. They had my back in documentation to show that my system was up and running before the end of the year. They worked with me to make changes to our project as we progressed, for example realized we needed to increase battery capacity. They are wonderful at their job excellent supportive people.
The crew was very professional. They kept me posted as their installation progressed. They were done ahead of schedule. They were very knowledgeable in their tasks.
They did a great job.
Quality installation. Lots of delays in process. Communication subpar.
Very knowledgeable & friendly. There were a few bumps along the way, but they went above and beyond to help an older person understand.
They shined in their pricing. There were some solid communication issues. At the end of the day, I could only do the project because the price was right so if I had to choose between a great price and great communication, I'd settle for the price.
So far, I am very glad that I bought solar. We have already had one power outage and the backup battery allowed us to be the only person in our neighborhood to keep the lights on, the heat running, and the TV going. Lol. It’s nice to not have an electric bill. Pure Energy group is fantastic to work with. They are honest, loyal, respectful, and lovingly deal with their clients. Some of my friends that used other contractors we’re not as happy as I was. Those others that I talk to, and who share their experience with me, wish that they had purchased from the Same contractors that I did. One of them even asked for the contact information for Pure Energy group so that they could recommend a good company to one of their friends who was considering solar energy.
We liked EVERYTHING about our experience! Smart Solar did everything they said they would do, and accomplished the installation in a very timely, efficient, professional and friendly manner. Our project manager was prompt and complete in answering any questions we had. We received our rebate in the timeframe promised. It really couldn't have gone any better.
Minimum delay for design, parts, permits, and installation.
Poor communcation and problem resoluton from Infinity after contract in place. Information on terms of loan was not specific enough and I believe it would have been better to get financing on my own instead of with Dividend (used by Infinity)
Each person from Sunlight that I met seemed competent, likable and service oriented, and in the end I'm happy with the installation. The reason that I can't give 5 stars is that the coordination between the different parts of the company was not good, which caused confusion, delays and reworking quotes. Also there were multiple times that I received bills that were incomplete or out of date, requiring updated bills which left a confusing record of invoices received, invoices paid and total cost.
I’d give 4.5 if I could. Overall, they were responsive and handled any concerns we had. Panels are working well. Just had some concerns about the work of their subcontractor who reinforced our beams- wasn’t the quality of work we’d hope if we hired them separately.
Working with Sunbridge Solar is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor, and I've had many poor ones in the past that have left me very cautious about getting into projects. Sunbridge was best of class in every way that we dealt with them, from planning to implementation and support. They were incredibly good about communication, something that matters a lot to me - I hate being in the dark about what's going on. They were here when they said they would be and they did what they said they would do. We had some problems with the batteries and they stuck with it and got them resolved when I know they had incredible pressure on them to complete projects before year's end and the end of the federal tax credit. I'm grateful to them and especially their lead electrician Matt. Whole heartedly recommend them and would happily work with them again in the future.
They explained everything. They were great to work with.
The quality of service, and the installation process was top tier, and I was given a different level of service, and it was very helpful, they give me a thoroughly explanation especially with the batteries.
Up to this point, I haven't observed any problematic issues. I am generally approving of their services.
It is always hard selecting a contractor and also dealing with the inevitable hiccups. Neil Kelly did a great job in delivering what feels like quality work and smoothing over the various complexities that arose along the way.
Everyone involved was skilled, straightforward, and responsive to both the easier and odd aspects of our project. Our system has been in place for 8 months now, works beautifully, and I'm thrilled !
Zyles is the ultimate professional. Knowledgeable, creative problem solver. One of my best contractor experiences in the last 30 years. Thank you.
Competitive pricing and a professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly project team. Elemental Energy was a pleasure to work with!
The whole experience felt right. They didn’t try to oversell or pressure me on it, but rather explained their complete solution and when I was ready they proceeded to make it happen.
Very seamless process except for all the confusion caused by PGE and their terrible tracking system. Pure Energy Group did their best to cover for PGE's mistakes and poor communication process, but PGE is really a mess.
Before my solar was installed I got emails telling me I would get to see the plans and layout before installation but I never did. They kept sending me the plans for someones system that lives in Utah. When I responded and asked to see mine they again sent me the plans for someone in Utah. Until my system was installed I wasn't sure what I would get and be expected to pay for, wheather it was my system or the really big one with batteries that they kept sending me plans for.
I appreciated all the answers to my questions before and after purchase.
Neil Kelly representatives were communicative, helpful, and overall wonderful. From sales and invoicing to the team that did the install (solar array and battery), we were impressed throughout the experience.
I was good with the installation team. They were efficient, friendly, informative and did a great job of cleaning up.
In the last 5-10 years I’ve had numerous experiences with various “professionals” not delivering on their quality or service promise. With a project as big as Solar, I prepared my expectations for things to not go perfectly. With Green Ridge, it finally did!
The initial consult, inspection, permitting, installation, and overall customer service…everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process incredibly easy.
A&R are very knowkedgeable, professionals and responsive,
The company's sales and administrative process is very good up front and Green Ridge delivered the expected system. However, the operations on the ground, conduit installation, and leaving the site dirty really marred the overall experience. Lack of follow-up from the company just further reinforced a more negative perception.
The whole process was excellent - very efficient trustworthy.
I had a very positive experience with Pinnacle Solar. They were very helpful in the initial design choices for the panels and clear with the pricing and time for installation. They were on time with the installation and provided good information on the steps to expect at every milestone of the install.
My overall feeling about my experience with them is that I would recommend them to anybody.
I am likely to recommend them to a friend because of their quality work and honest service.
The crew that did the actual work out outstanding easy to work around and got the job done. That being said. Management, scheduling, the time line. pretty much anything that came out of the office was an absolute fiasco.
Working with Pinnacle was stress free and I was able to get the high quality system that I wanted at a reasonable price professionally installed. Thank you!
I would not recommend them to a friend because it took forever for them, pretty much eight months, to show up. I missed so many days at work because they said they were coming and never showed up or canceled. When I contacted them, they said it would be three visits, but it became more like twenty-five visits. They were frustrated with me because I saw they were putting cables in one of the rooms and I told them not to because I didn't agree to that since they'd be able to see it. I called the supervisor and they were mad because I was checking everything. When they were done, I was relieved. I went to check on my attic for something else and I realized they left so much garbage. They left a big, whole electrical cable all over the attic and I was going to call them, asking why they didn't take it with them.
Another reason I would not recommend them to a friend is because when the guy came, he asked me to disconnect my garage door on the top, so I did that and then when they left, the door didn't close all the way and I wasn't home. I came back and my garage door was open and they said it was my fault because I opened it up for them.
One day, I went to the store to buy something for fifty dollars and they asked for the receipt to pay me back and I didn't get paid back.
