Awful experience at almost every stage. Months long delay from the sales representative because he (in his words) “forgot about us.” Electricians left live exposed wires in our basement during install without saying anything. We were left without lights to half of our house for days while the project manager didn’t return our calls. One star because it isn’t a scam— we did actually end up with a functioning system— but I’ve never experienced something like this before. I don’t leave negative reviews publicly as a general rule, but our experience was terrible.

Unity Solar is, above all, professional. They were always available to answer questions. Customer service is an important aspect for me, and they were tops. The documents and paperwork were straight forward. The construction crews were quite efficient and personable.

Communication was a constant challenge through the project. That may because there were 3 separate project managers that worked with me sequentially, so some things didn't get passed along during the transitions.

Very professional company in regard to all aspects highly trained technicians know what they’re doing very responsive to our needs. Project was on time and at cost worked out extremely well. Would recommend them to any and all people interested in battery storage and solar array. We used them back in 2017 for a separate solar array and the work was outstanding and the product is still in top condition. Way to go Grant. Thanks

Working with SunBridge was great. They were very competitive with the price. As a retired electrician and understanding the construction/service industry, I was greatly appreciative on the service and workmanship they provided. I hired a contractor to make sure the permits and warranty are protected rather than installing it myself. There were some hoops they had to jump through but nothing out of the ordinary for them. The communication was great and very responsive. I would definitely recommend SunBridge Solar to anyone that asked.

I did my research with some different local solar companies and found Pure Energy Group to be the best fit for my residential application. They answered my questions about installation for new home construction and communicated clearly every step of the way.

Hard to make payments.

I had a difficult instal integrating a new array with a 15 year old existing system. This caused some difficulties and delays, but ultimately it got done.
