I have recommended them multiple times.
Pure Energy Group was a very professional group to work with.
Working with the people who installed the panels and the marketing agent for the panels was a pleasant experience. However, it was frustrating to try to reach Infinity Solar. Most of the time I called the number on their website, I had difficulty actually speaking to anyone. When they called me and I missed the call, they would leave a voicemail, which I appreciated, but when I returned the call, it would go to voicemail again. Overall, it was difficult to speak with Infinity Solar.
I was very pleased with everything.
DPI Solar has done everything they said they would.
DPI Solar has done everything they said they would.
A major plus with using Green Ridge for solar and/or battery design/installation is they have all the needed experts on staff (solar, electricians, available incentives, permitting, etc.) So when you hire Green Ridge, they handle the project beginning to end. And after as well, I've emailed them a few times with a question, and they've always been responsive (by a human, no less!) Their on-site crews are very professional & considerate as well.
Poor communication regarding plan, multiple technicians coming and unable to fix the issue, poor follow up with electrical company, took 2 years to finish
I had a few challenges along the way with the installation and being able to go "live." I think it was the local electrical company that was behind and not Infinity.
We appreciated the fact Chet Zimmer is technically quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently during the course of several years. Additionally, there was full transparency on the cost breakdown and no time during the process we were pressured to commit to the project. Aaron Eddy and the rest of the installation team was highly professional and left the site quite clean. I would highly recommend the Sunpath Services for anyone considering solar panel installation.
Sometimes it's hard to get someone to answer my question or help me with something
They delivered a great solar system on time that is performing very well. During the solar install, they addressed an issue with my generator connection that left it in better shape than before the system was installed. Have already recommended to two neighbors.
Good quality work. Very thorough inexplaining the solar battery system and how it works. Good follow-up and willingness to answer any questions.
Everything
Great people, great job,highly recommend.
The customer service is terrible. Half of my panels quit working and I had to leave Josh multiple voice mails and emails to get any response. He said he "couldn't be sure" but he thought the utility company had "floated a neutral", said that others in my area had similar issues, and inquired whether I or my neighbors had lost appliances in a power surge. He said in such an instance, the power inverters were not going to be covered by warranty. I replied that no, I hadn't lost any appliances. I then remembered my homeowners insurance sent me a Ting device which monitors electrical current in my home (intended for the prevention of electrical fires). I looked in the historical data on the app for the device and found no anomalies. I sent Josh this data. I don't think he liked being caught in his lie. He stopped responding to me and then randomly one day a couple of months later I got to call from a repair crew at DPI that they were at my house to fix the panels. I was at work but was about to leave, so it worked out. DPI solar is not good about communicating with customers for repair or scheduling purposes. And I did not appreciate that Josh tried to lie to get out of covering replacement faulty inverters. I enjoy having solar panels but I would definitely steer people away from DPI solar and towards another company if asked.
For solar electrical generation, Neil Kelly did all of the right things right, on time, with quality and precision. Another company was not willing to do the engineering needed to qualify our older house, but Neil Kelly was not only willing but able to do this. Neil Kelly would have been willing to add supports inside our attic if it were needed, but their engineering and checking indicated it was not needed. Picking Neil Kelly for this job was essential to getting the job done because they have the expertise in engineering (or finding the right engineers), carpentry, and other building trade essentials that many other solar installers do not.
The salesperson was very easy to talk to, and the installers were very careful in the actual work that they did here.
I was pleased with meeting the True South Solar representative, answering our questions and having the work done.
We did a lot of research for various companies. We had a couple of friends who went solar, and Power Northwest was a clear number-one choice.
The entire team was very pleasant to work with. They answered all our questions, and were timely and polite and very well informed. We will continue to work with Elemental in the future.
The communication was great. The employees were friendly and informative.
The setup, planning, and work went great. I was disappointed with the connection from the power company because it's been almost a month since the work was completed, and there's still nothing from the power company.
Oregon Solar and Battery is exceptional. Their pricing is very competitive, and their follow-up and professionalism are top-notch.
They were very responsive, and the follow-up was good. The overall service is good; they did a nice job efficiently and quickly.
