Employees of True South Solar are experienced and knowledgeable. They were all kind and respectful. They took the time needed to properly prepare, plan and install the solar panel system on my unique rooftop layout. The panels look great and the savings on my electric bill are very helpful. I am glad I finally made the decision to go solar. Great work everyone at True South Solar!

Overall completely pleased with the work & process. One slight issue with placement or reconfigurationn of the consumption monitoring of the original PV only system, but not a dealbreaker.

During installation of the electrical panel you cut sheet rock out and left the panel all side ways in the wall then you said no payment for six months you are about to take payment two with no reimbursement several no returns calls I am about to stop payment so far you are very dishonest!!!

I was impressed with Sunpath Services' straightforward, direct approach. There was no nonsense in explaining all the nuances of what we were doing from a setup and financial standpoint, and the execution was super smooth. Any concerns that I had were addressed and resolved super quickly and directly, and it was great to work with them.

They are unresponsive. The sales person presented a different package than what I received. I feel like once they got the deal sold, they rested on their morals for follow through. I paid for it in full in May, and that was too long of a wait since we have now lost all of the Oregon sun.

They took a while and had some screw-ups, and they had to change the transformer. They said they would pay half, and I haven't got the $3,000, and it has been three weeks. I have an email, and I sent a couple of things to her, and I haven't heard anything.
