Hard to reach a person at times

I was insured with them until I got my renewal notice. I found better coverage $1,500 cheeper per year

Large premium increase prompted me to ask for other quotes. Agent found another reliable carrier for $2k/yr less. Asked to change to that carrier which did not happen and no feed back.
