Had trouble having agent return calls since July and when looking into rates since he was a broker got calls and texts and emails from several others than him. Jaq, Ben and another Ben called several times of which I thought were scams. Even got a call from a guy in Arizona. I told my agent we are seniors and have always worked with an in person agent. He totally understood and never happened on my first experience. Unacceptable and will never deal with a broker again or Edina Realty. Do better.....

Had continued problems with having the correct quote on the paperwork that needed to be signed. Felt repeated pressure to add more policies (Umbrella) …& trying to convince to switch auto Even though it was double the amount & being told it was just better to bundle…Did not feel the agent was present & knew whom they were talking to at times …they seemed distracted…that being said I did save a lot of money but not really happy about the customer service

Denise took charge and took care of every thing she could, helping me learn about the process, what actions need to be taken and when and why, and facilitating my efforts when needed (ie: bringing me paperwork to be signed on time etc). I felt very confident in her ability to help me.

Any time we reached out it would be days before we heard back. Usually we had to follow up. Happy to collect our money but not happy to do anything to work for it or explain a darn thing.

Communication can be better. I was not notified that a refund check was forthcoming that could have pre-empted some confusion and angst.

Annual phone call to review policies

I have been trying to bind a policy with Keegan Johnson for over a month now, and I keep getting the run around. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Have people who really want to help me save money, especially for those of us who faithfully pay for it over the years and NEVER use it. I do think your customer service agents are very, very courteous and helpful.

Erin is the only reason why I ended up staying with you guys I have never met an insurance person as good as she is as good at communicating as helpful as she was I have quotes literally from other insurance agencies I was ready to jump ship and then she asked me to give her a chance because the previous person that was handling my account is no longer there, highly recommend you guys due to her alone

The renewal process is very difficult, and I don’t like how I can’t talk to my insurer directly. I don’t feel like the insurance group does anything special for me or funds me better rates. Communication is slow. I have to follow up several times. I’m not a priority.

Rates were 3x higher and doesn’t feel great that you had options to help shop prior. Understand my responsibility to ask but would love a more proactive process as my insurer.

Being able to reach customer service is horrible and frustrating that agent can’t help more with issues and sometimes aren’t available, or their team isn’t available either and you end up speaking with someone who has no idea what you’re talking about.. very frustrating and disappointing..

She found my family better home and auto policies/coverage and rates, which is so appreciated. It really helped us out immensely when we were facing a major increase in our home insurance rate. We initially only planned to get home insurance, but Marcy evaluated providers and offered us a home and auto bundle that was much better together than what we previously had. Marcy took the time to walk me through the home and auto policies in a very comprehensive fashion so I could fully understand everything. She kept me very informed of what to expect and next steps in the process when switching my insurances over and also in signing all of the documents very easily and seamlessly.
