Have people who really want to help me save money, especially for those of us who faithfully pay for it over the years and NEVER use it. I do think your customer service agents are very, very courteous and helpful.

The renewal process is very difficult, and I don’t like how I can’t talk to my insurer directly. I don’t feel like the insurance group does anything special for me or funds me better rates. Communication is slow. I have to follow up several times. I’m not a priority.

Rates were 3x higher and doesn’t feel great that you had options to help shop prior. Understand my responsibility to ask but would love a more proactive process as my insurer.

Being able to reach customer service is horrible and frustrating that agent can’t help more with issues and sometimes aren’t available, or their team isn’t available either and you end up speaking with someone who has no idea what you’re talking about.. very frustrating and disappointing..

Marcy provided excellent, prompt and thorough service that I have never received from any other insurance providers before. She found my family better home and auto policies/coverage and rates, which is so appreciated. It really helped us out immensely when we were facing a major increase in our home insurance rate. We initially only planned to get home insurance, but Marcy evaluated providers and offered us a home and auto bundle that was much better together than what we previously had. Marcy took the time to walk me through the home and auto policies in a very comprehensive fashion so I could fully understand everything. She kept me very informed of what to expect and next steps in the process when switching my insurances over and also in signing all of the documents very easily and seamlessly. I am so thankful to have worked with her in this process and I would absolutely recommend her to others.
