We haven't had much direct contact with your agency over the decade that you've been insuring our home and car, so I haven't formed a strong opinion. So far it seems to be a very efficient and business-like operation. Our policies are with Safeco, and I find their website and app very easy to use.

Customer service is good but they did miss that I sold my home and never canceled my homeowners insurance. I caught it when the annual bill came up as due. I did reach out to them right away and they said they weren’t aware of the closing so I had to provide the proof. I assumed Edina (my realtor and title company and insurance agent in this case) would be connected on something like this and provide that integrated convenient service. Why else have it?
