Customer service is good but they did miss that I sold my home and never canceled my homeowners insurance. I caught it when the annual bill came up as due. I did reach out to them right away and they said they weren’t aware of the closing so I had to provide the proof. I assumed Edina (my realtor and title company and insurance agent in this case) would be connected on something like this and provide that integrated convenient service. Why else have it?

I always have to contact them to get me a better deal on insurance every year and yet I end up paying for my renewal before they find a better premium. My premiums have consistently gone up and is very frustrating. I know there are contributing factors such as claims. Two claims for hail damage (Mother Nature) shouldn’t be a factor in premium two car claims caused by others still was used in determine my continued coverage I believe that my age and sex is also being used as determination as well not legal.
