CSI is definitely the shining star in security alarms. I was looking to get an alarm installed in my home and contacted many well known named companies, I found that the big names were only that, they left me with quotes that were outrageous and not informed. A co-worker recommended CSI so I gave them a call. I called CSI and was very impressed that I got a live person (no machine WOW!) who was so polite and well informed on what I was looking for, we scheduled an appointment and the sales rep was amazing, he had so much knowledge and actually listened to my concerns, needs and wants. CSI came to my home, performed the installation with such professionalism. The system works perfect and I could not be happier it was exactly what I was searching for and I commend CSI for their high standards in the security industry. The price was fantastic, they were on time, the work done was impeccable, and everyone I have spoken to could not be more friendly. Thank you! Thank you! and THANK YOU! CSI you are the absolute BEST!
