I’ve had two systems installed. The product is solid and the instaljatiin for the furst system went smooth. The second cans smaller closet system wasn’t as smooth. The installer arrived on time and did a great job with what he could finish. He was unable to install the top piece of the system and the lights. He said it would take about 2 weeks to get the remaining install scheduled. I had to reach out to closet America to get an appt. Via email we confirmed a date. The date was not honored and now I’m waiting 5 more days to have the final piece finished. It’s a little frustrating for the money paid that this is taking so long.

Fast and efficient install

The entire experience was very professional and easy. The product is designed well and great quality. We love how our project turned out.

I just found out that I had 60 days from the installation to make changes at no cost. That was not disclosed/disclosed in a different language at the original appointment in 2024 for another install.

Working with Emily Cooley has been phenomenal!! She’s an excellent designer, and made sure that I was all set every step of the way.

I would highly recommend Closet America. They offer an excellent American made product with a lifetime warranty.

Our old closet was narrow and small, so we at first don't think Closet America will take this job. Well..they remodeled the old narrow/small coset, they also did a floor to ceiling cabinet for us. They jobs were beautiful designed and installed.

I would never ever recommend this company. I had two small closets to do and the process took from October to February and because the measurements were repeatedly incorrect, three different installation teams had to come.

I am very likely to recommend CA to friends based off of the excellent products and design. However, I was dissatisfied with several moments from this experience.

Good quality, friendly staff

Installation was very good but the rod brackets were wrong and a hook was missing so a second service call was required to complete installation. After not hearing from the office for two days, I called to schedule the follow up. Then I attempted to change the appointment but every time I called Customer Service, I was sent to voicemail. No one returned my call so I re-arranged my schedule to keep the follow-up appt. That appt was 6 days after the initial install and the closet was not ready for my overnight guests. Very frustrating.

Jonathan Salazar and his co-worker constructed a beautiful living room ceiling to floor bookcase and made it look easy. They were kind, thoughtful and excellent builders. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable of what and how it needed to be built. I would -and have- used Closet America again and again.

It’s worth my money!

IN particular, our sales rep, Karen Rankine, was superb. Not only did she win us over with her wonderful personality and expertise (just after a very rude experience with your competitor), but her continued responsiveness through change orders and follow-up was top notch. Highly impressed by the quality of the wardrobe components and custom details such as the accommodating our existing shoe molding. The two gentlemen installers were very professional and quick. IN all, the entire experience was wonderful and your product has greatly enhanced our home.

Michael (my designer) was great from beginning to end. I really wasn’t sure what would look good in the space, just that I wanted bookshelves. Michael came up with an awesome design that gave me a ton of additional storage as well as bookshelves. He walked me through envisioning my options and helped me make decisions about the different design elements. Also, my apartment is old - no such thing as a right angle or straight line in the whole place - but the installers made the unit fit seamlessly. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments from everyone who’s seen it.

Batel failed to point out that the sliding doors blocked the drawers designed in the middle.

I was expecting a follow up phone call the next day but never received it. I texted my sales person and didn't get a response. I wasn't told there was a delay with the glass doors and I still dont know when they will be ready.

So excited with my new closet. It's absolutely beautiful!

The initial consult was amazing but the scheduling and installation have been a nightmare in so many different ways.

The process was easy the product was high quality and the employees were great.

Tim was great, but less great was trying to get anything handled after install. There is some damage from install & possibly a missing piece. Tim reached out to someone to contact us & when we tried calling back, we went to voicemail and never heard back. So we reached out again & still haven’t heard back.

I found after installation that I was charged for 2 hampers and only discovered the mistake after having the wrong one installed (from what I discussed during my consult). Waiting for a refund. Also waiting for a missing drawer face.
