I love my closet and pantry! Still can't believe how organized they are! Our sales rep took the time to customize the space to our needs and the installation was completed in half a day! Everyone was very helpful and professional and we are thrilled with the results!

My experience with closet America was not pleasant. I originally schedule my meeting in December with Shelly and it was a great experience. Soon to find out that my project was not moving forward due to lack of communication. I continually contact closet America to figure out why I haven’t heard anything back and why they were unable to meet deadlines. I contacted them so much that the Higher up(owners) contacted me personally to apologize for how my project was going. They gave me a new project manager that go the job done for me. Honestly, I wanted to walk away from it all because it was a head. About a couple days ago they called and said that my custom glass would not be in until April 2026. After they explained that there turn around time was 6-8 weeks. This project has now turned into a 4 month project. My closet is beautiful but the experience was horrible. I would have rather paid for a better experience then to deal with this.

I’m pleased with the closet. I needed it done and they did a great job. Also the cabinets in the laundry room look nice and gives me the storage I wanted. My only negative, is regarding the cost as I keep seeing ads for senior discounts etc. that were not offered to me.

Communication terrible I ordered closet when I tried to communicate about installlation sales person would not communicate with me until after I paid 2nd installation Even after I paid would not return my calls When person came to install they were not prepared to paint as discussed with sales person and wrong supplies were ordered so they had to come back

Professional and accurate with installation

I was just amazed at the extra space it gave me. I had a small closet and Closet America gave me a lot more space.

I liked the flexibility they offered with installation. They even installed on a Saturday! I like the reminder email and texts. I love the finished product.

Waiting to get anew counter top. The first one had a flaw. Haven’t heard if I need to have everything removed before they come. One cupboard doesn’t work for me and don’t know if it will be replaced or not. Haven’t heard anything about it yet.

The installer did a great job. He stuck with it all day until it was completed.
