Already did
They came in to see the wife and definitely wanted to see the tub
Gave them the number to call for a quote
Josh arrived on time and was very professional. Got right to work and did a great job.
Bathroom left very dirty, covered in sawdust. No receipt, no guarantee paperwork, very uneven caulking.
First let me say, I love my step in tub entrance and Josh's work was done well. I have 2 major problems. I was advised to remove any personal items from the bath-room but was not told that everything still there would be covered in a black soot from the cast iron tub when cut. My sink, towels, white shower curtain, scale, wall decorations, mirror and entire ceiling and walls covered in grainy black grit ! I had to immediately call in help. Some items had to be tossed out but the total cleaning was an $85. expense I was not expecting.
This was emotionally and physically hard at my age.
My second problem appeared when I went to turn on my shower and the drain lever fell out of the fixture. When Josh was spraying off the walls it must have broken. I don't know why he just didn't tell me because as I said, I thought all his work was done well.
I must express that in the future all your clients be told to remove EVERYTHING from the room and cover what can't be taken out. I truly am surprised your installers doesn't carry tarps to lesson the mess.
The whole experience was very pleasant.
Additional Comments - My aging Mother-in-Law, who has difficulties getting in the shower, lives in a co-op building which can be problematic for any work performed in her apartment. Well, it was. Several pieces of paperwork and permission was needed. Your customer service team, specifically, Cory & Chelsea, who I dealt with throughout the ordeal from the building, provided whatever paperwork needed with courtesy & ease. The night before the job, Robert reached out to us to confirm the address & scope of work. The day of, he came on time and was very nice to my Mother-in-law and explained and showed us step by step, in detail the work as he was going along with it. He completed the job within the expected time frame and cleaned up after the job. He was very courteous, friendly and efficient with his work. Overall, we were very impressed with everyone throughout the experience. Would highly recommend your service any chance my husband and I get.
Additional Comments - The technician did a great and neat job. We are enjoying it so far. We have been using the shower so far, so soon the tub will be used. We do have a warranty for a year on this install so we will see how it goes. Right now I do recommend getting this adjustment for those who have difficulty getting their legs raised up to get into the shower.
The installer, Don, was on time and worked very quickly. He had everything needed with him to do the job. He did a nice job covering everything and he did a really good job cleaning up. It looks good and I would do it again without reservation. Our tub has an odd shape on the inside and he not to worry that wouldn't pose a problem and it didn't. Overall, a nice upgrade without a lot of expense and downtime.
Abysmal quality of workmanship. Huge gaps not filled in so water can run onto the floor - largest gap that a man's whole hand can fit into a 12 - 24" gap left. Installed crooked so it is a bad trip hazard. Insert started popping out the next day. Glue on the bathroom floor in multiple spots so floor is ruined. Glue on the faucets in the bathroom sink, in the dining room and chair.
The company wanted to send back the same installer that ruined both tubs but we refused. They are sending the installer trainer next week. Clean Cut statedthey only had 1 installer in Texas so we would have to wait with no shower available for several weeks. Thankfully, they found a trainer to travel to resolve the issues April 4th. We are still very inconvenienced due to the time delay.
We had chosen Clean Cut for the superior product and installers. Apparently, that is totally incorrect.
