Originally called Safeway Safety Step, LLC, CleanCut was founded by Don Stafford. As a 37-year retired veteran of the City of Cincinnati Fire Department, Don had identified firsthand the need for easier access to enter and exit the bathtub area.
Don had a vision to create simple access to existing bathtubs without having to remove the tub and perform a costly bathroom remodel. Don applied for and was successfully awarded a U.S. Patent for his innovative process and product.
Today, CleanCut is second-generation family business that continues to develop innovative accessibility products. Our products have been installed for homeowners, assisted living and senior living residences, state and local social programs and hospitality properties throughout the United States.

The job was done very professionally. The bathroom was left neat. The finished product looked exactly as we hoped for based on the web site. I will admit I was skeptical having a contractor that I didn't know come to my father's apartment to do the work. But it went off great. The contractor, Robert, clearly knew exactly what he was doing -- finishing in under 2 hours (I saw a do-it-yourselfer on YouTube seemingly take all day and into the night).

i saw the ad on facebook. i was very impressed with the procedure & the price!..I called the # & the next day, JJ showed up at 2pm, did his magic & was gone by 5pm. no mess for me to clean up, he did it all.

Additional Comments - The fellow who put the insert in done a wonderful job on it. When he left was no dust or anything for me to clean out. He was polite and enjoyed him being here. Additional Comments - When I saw the ads, I really thought it was a scam; too good to be true, because it was an easy solution to stepping over the tub wall. I have a perfectly good shower/tub combo, why would I rip that all out? It was fast, completely done and a reasonable price. Truely worth it
