Additional Comments - My installer was very courteous and would take pictures for me as I had hard time getting up and walking there and let me check out final inspection and said to take my time so I don’t fall. He cleaned everything up really well and made sure I was satisfied before he left.
Additional Comments - I love it. It makes getting in and out of the tub so much easier. I've wanted it done for a long time. I had one in an apt long ago but they didn't have anyone to install it in my area. As soon as I saw the commercial I called and yall came and it was installed in a couple hours and even got a thing to hold on to. I couldn't afford a walk in shower and this is perfect. I would recommend this to anyone who can't afford a walk in shower or even if they can.
Taylor was kind and good sense of humor over the phone for set up and product info. JJ was here on time and very pleasant. Explained everything from beginning to end. Price exactly as quoted. It looks beautiful and functions well. A very inexpensive way to have a safe way to get in and out of tub to shower. Also we have the easy to put back insert if we ever needed to use as a tub. All done in 2 hrs with minimal noise or mess. Highly recommend .
Richard/Installer was very professional. He showed us the product options and explained the process. The CleanCut installation took approximately 3 hours.
Additional Comments - We are very happy with the installation. Easy to enter tub, which was our main and immediate goal. A budget friendly option vs a tub removal and new shower installation. Highly recommend!!
Bathroom left very dirty, covered in sawdust. No receipt, no guarantee paperwork, very uneven caulking.
First let me say, I love my step in tub entrance and Josh's work was done well. I have 2 major problems. I was advised to remove any personal items from the bath-room but was not told that everything still there would be covered in a black soot from the cast iron tub when cut. My sink, towels, white shower curtain, scale, wall decorations, mirror and entire ceiling and walls covered in grainy black grit ! I had to immediately call in help. Some items had to be tossed out but the total cleaning was an $85. expense I was not expecting.
This was emotionally and physically hard at my age.
My second problem appeared when I went to turn on my shower and the drain lever fell out of the fixture. When Josh was spraying off the walls it must have broken. I don't know why he just didn't tell me because as I said, I thought all his work was done well.
I must express that in the future all your clients be told to remove EVERYTHING from the room and cover what can't be taken out. I truly am surprised your installers doesn't carry tarps to lesson the mess.
The whole experience was very pleasant.
Additional Comments - My aging Mother-in-Law, who has difficulties getting in the shower, lives in a co-op building which can be problematic for any work performed in her apartment. Well, it was. Several pieces of paperwork and permission was needed. Your customer service team, specifically, Cory & Chelsea, who I dealt with throughout the ordeal from the building, provided whatever paperwork needed with courtesy & ease. The night before the job, Robert reached out to us to confirm the address & scope of work. The day of, he came on time and was very nice to my Mother-in-law and explained and showed us step by step, in detail the work as he was going along with it. He completed the job within the expected time frame and cleaned up after the job. He was very courteous, friendly and efficient with his work. Overall, we were very impressed with everyone throughout the experience. Would highly recommend your service any chance my husband and I get.
