Lots of hold ups. Still not happy with counter top. One side is rounded and the other is square. Also trim on cabinet is about 2 inches to short.⁹

Professional installation.

It was a bit of a hard sell. I normally don't fall for that but I did this time. He was here for so long and I think I was just worn out.

Mad City was quick to respond to our request for an estimate, came to our home, and took the time to hear what we needed.

I do not recommend any product to anyone. I will share with them my opinion about the product. I will answer any questions. But the choice must be totallhy theirs.

They were kind of sloppy with caucaking. There was one seam and it was not smooth. They had me sign the inspection sheet before I inspected it

I also had to have a water heater replaced as part of this remodel. After the new water heater was installed, I went several days without hot water. After 3 visits from the company that installed the water heater, they crawled under the house to find the cold-water value that was left in the bypass position, leaks under the house and " a mess" in the plumbing work that was done. Now I have to have someone come out from Mad City and fix an installation that was only completed 5 days ago!!

The one person who installed the shower did a great job. You said it would be installed in one day, no way one person could install in one day. If you are going to say one day to install you need to send enough people to do the job.

#1 I liked the sales person, Alex Miller. He sold us on the quality of your materials. He was trustworthy.
#2 The man who came to measure also was trustworthy. He was efficient and friendly and knew his job.
#3 Jose the installer was very trustworthy, kind, friendly and both were extremely skilled.
There was not one bit of a mess. I hardly believe they were able to get so much done in so little time.
Only time will tell if the quality of the product is as good as you all say. It certainly looks very, very nice and I am happy with the appearance.

Caleb did an excellent job with installing my shower. He worked non stop and made the shower look beautiful!!

I worked in trades most of my life? Now that I am older I thought I would hire a job done. Well I guess I have buyers remorse! The guy that did the work needed a helper! He was wore out and it was almost 8pm and I just was tired of what was happening.
The concept of one day install sounded good and the material used was great. But the money for just a shower only was equal to doing a whole bath. The material was cut crooked and he tried to cover it up with heavy caulk joints. He was just tired and had almost 2hr drive to get home. Unless this company does something different in the future not worth the money!!

I really liked the folks you out to my hone. Very friendly and respectful of my home. I do have 2 concerns. On the monday after installment, the city building inspector stopped by to check out the framing and he told me he did not get any pictures from Caleb. The shower was finished on Friday. I guess that's on mad city and the city of fort wayne. My 2nd concern is the shower head. I tried out the shower, and noticed water coming out a small part of the shower head. Was something not connected correctly?

I lob our new shower! Lot more room and the seat is wonderful! Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend Mad City for your shower remodel.

The sales process was amazing and the product does what it says. The widow quality is top notch and installation was fast and friendly.

Many things happened. The shower installation was $7,000 and $8,000 more expensive than the two other estimates I had. I chose to move forward however because the salesman was very persuasive and I was ready to get a walk in shower to replace my tub. Signing the contract was problematical because your company uses something similar to Docusign which I am very used to, but over a weeks’ period each time they emailed me the document it didn’t work. When my install was scheduled and the installer arrived ( a wonderful guy !) after getting ready, laying down the tarp, getting tools out, etc. he noticed that I have ceiling molding. Confirming with me that of course I wouldn’t want the ceiling molding removed , he realized that your company had sent the wrong size panels. I had confirmed with the salesman, on the contract, on a phone call and with the guy that came to measure, that I only wanted the shower walls to go 3/ 4 of the way up.
Thus cowboy had to leave, and came back two weeks later which totally messed up my schedule ( time off work, family plans, money withdrawal plans). When cowboy returned on the new date he discovered that the work order did not state that my tub had jets and therefore would need an electrician. It took 6 hours for an electrician to arrive, because cowboy had to call around for someone. Also the work order did not state that I have a private well which caused another delay. Finally 3 shelves were sent instead of the 2 I had wanted, but cowboy not knowing that, put in the brackets for all three and then discovered two were beige and one was white.
I will state that Cowboy my installer was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job.

The installer was excellent. I would recommend him anytime to do anything for me at my own residence.

The shower installers were friendly and everything looked good at first. But then I noticed no silicone on the grab bars. There’s a scratch in the acrylic wall from the curtain rod being installed. The installer tried to buff it out but can’t. I’m getting another side panel and hope it doesn’t happen again.

They did a great job Its beautiful Cost wise its is higher then an independant (local) contractor but the materials are exceptional quality

I liked everything from the salesperson to the installers. Quality seems quite good as well. The high price was a bit concerning, which is why I didn't give them a 10.

Your two managers that came out to take care of setting up the project were two great guys. The installation was timely and the installers were polite and neat. A couple of things that we found. There is a defect in the base, about a dime size defect, feels rough and don't know if is something the installers dripped on it or is in the original base. I don't want to try to do anything until I hear from you. Also, we were supposed to get two grab bars. Another thing, the valve sticks out away from the backplate about 1-3/4". It just doesn't look correct.

If you want to have an excellent job and no mess to clean up Mad City is the perfect company to go to. They are very professional team.

Nightmare from the beginning, lies, and even at the end, they got it wrong. Now I will say they did some making up but I would never recommend anyone to go through this. And if you do, don't have anything to do with a man named Nick. Suppose to be part of someone of in charge in Charlotte. He's very rude. After several contracts, different prices, dealing with countless people, it's done

Installer one. One only. Was not told to replace rotten wood on his instructions. Seller stated they take care of replacing rotten wood. That's the only thing why I chose mad city. I was showed a window . Still what I received just doesn't seem quality. There is air coming in and around. NOT INSTALLER S FAULT.

The design and structure of the materials are great.This will last for a long time.

It’s not my place to tell people what to buy

The shower is nice. However neither of us feel that it is worth 30000. The installers did there best. I don't have complaints about them. The product is just not worth that. Its a flimsy plastic product. When I lean against a wall it flexes. One of the doors keeps rolling open on its own. Definitely not what I would pay 30 thousand for. And we cant find the quote. My husband swears it was closer to twenty thousand. If he hadn't been there I would have gone with a cheaper quote. And probably had the entire bathroom redone for less than the shower. Way less. The entire house is costing us fifty thousand.

Didn't get shelfs or space that was said I could have. Didn't get water pressure control I asked for. Didn't get shower width I was told I could get. Had to wait for shower doors cause wrong size doors were ordered. Salesman said they could fix ceiling and they couldn't. I requested water and mold damage total, don't have it.
