Rich was super to work with. Very knowledgeable about product and literally sold us on Champion. We had other quotes from Anderson, and other places and decided on Champion. First for quality. Then the installers were the BEST!!! Cleaned up, very professional. A great experience from beginning to end! I would recommend them for your window needs for sure.

Originally signed papers on July 18th it’s now 20th of December and it’s still not done. The eves and downspouts were supposed to be done a month ago nobody showed up.

Project took 3 months longer than what I was told by the sales rep and what was in the contract. They didn't even get the permit! Had no siding on half my house for 2 weeks!

The price was right. The installers were very prompt and did an excellent job.

The salesperson was easy to understand, I didn't feel like he was trying to hard sell me. I completely trusted him. I do think your product is very expensive and many people have made fun of me for spending the money, family mostly but I have the confidence that these windows are top quality and that I will save money on utilities. I've already noticed that my thermostat number hasn't moved since the windows were installed. I do believe that a few days this week with the temperature in the 70's, my air conditioner would have turned on.

Increase your quality control. We 4 casement with 4 casement Windows, 4 casement with picture windows, 4 casement with 2 slider windows, 2 set of 3 casement with 2 large picture windows. The picture window are supposed to be triple pane, but are double pane. So far in cleaning windows 1 of the smaller picture windows, 1 of the sliders, and one of the casement have smudges or something on the inside of the window. One of the casement Windows binds and won’t operate. I still have 3 more to clean and checkout.
It is too bad that a 5 star product and install has become a quality problem.
I am sure they will be taken care of, but it should never have been a problem to begin with

Order windows in August 2024 weren't finished unitl end of February 2025. Was told payments be made on load until windows were installed have been paying the loan starting in December 2024 didn't get windows installed until March of 2025 , last window didn't receive until April 2025

Installation was incomplete as the installer ripped the existing framework violently and without replacing it with a new one. Come back and reinstall according to industry standards. This is a defect in workmanship.

The install took months to complete. Parts needed were not ordered and had to be reordered took much longer than expected.

Nope very unhappy got pressured to sign now- got price down, then once he knew we had money he added the money back. Promised august install the reason we said yes. Not completed until Dec 28.

This is the last company I would recommend to anyone. Poor workmanship, false promises, over-prices at all levels and treated us like we didn’t know what we were talking about when it was obvious the job was not being done correctly.

Did not deliver as agreed upon. Would not return my calls. Did not care about customer service. Screen fits poorly for the casement window.

Windows look great

We had a lot of issues leading up to the install. It would be difficult to recommend a company that doesn't have all their ducks in a row on basic things like what kind of windows you can get for the openings you have.

The whole process was easy between the consultation with Richard and install. We are thrilled with how things are.
