Friendly crew and got the job done.

We almost decided to skip over Champion because of the “sign now or lose a discount”. That’s a red flag, high pressure and not customer friendly. I understand why it’s done though. Plus the long lead time to get the windows/doors. And improved feedback on order status more often, other than just billing us at certain stages. It’s like a months long black hole.

From the beginning, the company was straight forward and respectful of our time and space. Best window/door company we could’ve used.

I was hesitant to reach out to Champion because of a job that was done by my neighbor. As soon as I met the sales rep Mark, I felt at ease and when the installers came and worked with expertise I knew Champion was over and above of my expectations. It was the best investment I could have made!!!

My installation because of the size of the front window required 3 people but only 2 were available. Thus this installation took 10 hrs to get done, I thought the windows were made to fit but there were gaps. 3 sizes were filled with foam. They did not have enough cover to go over the foam so will be back. The crank to open one of the windows is not working correctly. No one told me the mess that would be created. The installers were asked to remove their shoes as I have white carpet.

Champion was professional throughout the entire process, from sales thru installation. We highly recommend Champion and their team to anyone looking for a good value and a team you can trust.

Champion windows are triple paned and insulated well.

After 2 people measured, all my windows were wrong and had to be remade.

I love the details provided to us when first meeting with the sales representative. He was well knowledgeable and was able to get us a quote right then and there.

Great service by Brian Peterson on install day and Gene Miller Construction that assisted him. They were very professional & got the job done right & in a timely fashion

They were very easy to work with. My windows were ready and installed sooner than I expected.

I asked for fu from.sales rep regarding non color match on internal trim. Did not receive any response.

Scheduling was a problem

Window install did not include inside trim, option was not discussed during purchase.

I don't generally recommend companies until I'm completely satisfied with my projects.

We have never gotten a working window and the regional manager is aware of my problems

I was taught if you don't have anything good to say then don't say anything.

When the crew left the windows dirty, Champion made it right for me.

The contractor or service provider did a ****ty job on both the windows and doors. It seems the only thing Champion is interested in is me signing off on the doors even though the windows are not finished and look crappy for the $17,000 that I paid

Did not rehang shades they uninstalled.

The crew that came here was not very professional asked if he was doing all of the windows in the house...should know when you get here exactly what you need to do .No introduction i don't there names. Kitchen windows is not level i mentioned that hen they were here he looked at it, gave some bs answer in my opinion. I put a level on it yes it's not right I did need to use a different level my other one was a **** one. Later I found screws and nails in the driveway that probably bounced out when they threw them from the second floor. And also noticed later I had moved my grandma glass cross from the window to the floor to be out of there way and ready I went to pick it up and up it back and noticed it was chipped..that is were thy put the windows down when they brought them upstairs. And they did not clean the foam up around the windows looks like crap

What between the mistake made on master bedroom windows that I can't unlock them with my wood shutters back up, or all the damage to my wood trim, to the confusion at end of installation about needing a check when it was all handled between my money and greensky financing and the 0 % Financing. Installer should never had asked for any money but he didn't even know what greensky was. They're installer, they're finance company!!!???WTF

Got done in one day, cleaned up mess, very personalsble.

Ordered sliding glass door oct 2024, received a returned/ parts door with no handle and opens on wrong side…. Screen door has no inside handle and screen is not pulled tight & even.

Installation is a joke and no one will even call to take care of the issues we have voiced our concerns on.

Verdict is still out, cracked frame (waiting for reinstall) and the screen rattles in the master bedroom with the 2 sliders.

Windows took forever to come in. I had ordered half screens in my slider, got full screens. Called my sales person no response! Called Mark in the office. Said they don't do half screens and that my sales person probably wasn't knowledgeable on that, it's on my contract. I've tried to contact them again, no response. The Windows are fine, customer service needs alot of improvement!! Will not recommend Champion, I'm old school, customer service still means alot to me!

Coordination and communication did not exist

Yes I would recommend Champion, but not the installation crew that was sent to my house.

Not installed welled. All windows and sliding door appear to have scuffs from sliding around a van. Caulking was done very poorly. Windows in hard to see closely were installed even worse

There was a window broken in shipping. Was assured it would be taken care of promptly. A case number was assigned. We’ve now gone 8+ weeks with no replacement no personal contact from your customer service. Apparently, you are too busy to handle your customer service problems so we will use social media to help slow your sales so you can take care of your customer service

We ordered our windows while a special deal was going on Have had champion window installed before and would tell anyone who needs windows to call them

The project took over 3 months from time of order until the installation began. During installation it was discovered one window was the wrong and one wasn't delivered at all. Took an additional 3+ months to get the wrong sized window delivered and installed. The missing window was disputed, and it was a full year between ordering and getting the installation done.

time it took to measure, order and receive a time to install windows and doors was several months. BUT most of the money was taken right away!

The price was good and i think the windows are quality. The install is not great. We still ha e an incompletely installed window

I don’t know anyone that needs windows, but anyone that notices mine or asks about them, I definitely tell them it was done by champion

The windows are great quality and we have already noticed a difference in the temperature/humidity in our home. Installers did a great job, we're friendly, experienced and efficient.

The window are top notch.
