The work was done the day and the men doing the installation did an excellent job.

Quality of door products are average.

The windows are great. The installation process was awful. And they still aren’t finalized after 3 weeks

Nothing has gone right since I ordered the doors. The first day he was supposed to come between one and three it had rained in the morning. He said they would still be there. Then he calls and said they had problems on the last job couldn’t make it. He would work me in in first thing in the morning. He said he said between eight and nine I called and he said they were loading up the truck now and they would be on. Then he calls back and says only one of the doors is here my question to him then was how in the world were you gonna do this yesterday? If you didn’t even know, the doors were here or not. Well then he said that other door should be in that afternoon and that they would come the next morning. I tried to stay out of their way. I noticed they were putting the molding back up and had not put any insulation around the door frame. So the guy stopped and put some foam insulation around the door. They finally get done. They walk through the door how it works blah blah blah and they leave my brother comes and says there’s a gap at the bottom of the door he said that should not be there. So when they call, we put in a ticket the same day to have them come back and look at the door so the guy comes then in a day or two and tries to adjust the door and it still wasn’t run. Now the whole door looks out of square. He said he was going to leave the ticket open because he’s not sure what to do. Champion called me. We’ve set up an appointment for July 7 to have someone else come look at the door. Each day I look at the door and I see more and more and more wrong like the door was never measured correctly to begin with.

My windows look amazing. The wait time from ordering them to getting them installed was very short and that was great!

Sales person was not as knowledgeable as id like. He did not share much about the wraps and the different color options. The way the windows look is most important to me so it was a bit of a miss to know there were other options... overall the product seems great and installation was smooth so We will see how well they hold up.

Friendly crew and got the job done.

We almost decided to skip over Champion because of the “sign now or lose a discount”. That’s a red flag, high pressure and not customer friendly. I understand why it’s done though. Plus the long lead time to get the windows/doors. And improved feedback on order status more often, other than just billing us at certain stages. It’s like a months long black hole.

I was hesitant to reach out to Champion because of a job that was done by my neighbor. As soon as I met the sales rep Mark, I felt at ease and when the installers came and worked with expertise I knew Champion was over and above of my expectations. It was the best investment I could have made!!!

My installation because of the size of the front window required 3 people but only 2 were available. Thus this installation took 10 hrs to get done, I thought the windows were made to fit but there were gaps. 3 sizes were filled with foam. They did not have enough cover to go over the foam so will be back. The crank to open one of the windows is not working correctly. No one told me the mess that would be created. The installers were asked to remove their shoes as I have white carpet.

Champion was professional throughout the entire process, from sales thru installation. We highly recommend Champion and their team to anyone looking for a good value and a team you can trust.

Champion windows are triple paned and insulated well.

After 2 people measured, all my windows were wrong and had to be remade.

I love the details provided to us when first meeting with the sales representative. He was well knowledgeable and was able to get us a quote right then and there.

Great service by Brian Peterson on install day and Gene Miller Construction that assisted him. They were very professional & got the job done right & in a timely fashion
