They all worked together so we could get new windows with the least amount of disruption. Great job!

It's been an absolute train wreck of an experience. The window quality may be great, but we've had nothing but problems since ordering them. From one window being measured correctly, but size ordered incorrectly, to waiting multiple months for installation, to a poor installation job we are now waiting on to be fixed, would absolutely NOT recommend Champion to anyone.

We were devastated when a hailstorm damaged our home and our treasured Champion room. The Champion team came to the rescue and restored our Champion room to its much-deserved state of beauty.

It took over 4 months to get the siding. Once it was received, Larissa, Casey and Cory did a great job getting it scheduled and installed.

The lack of communication from all departments is remarkable. The fact that you continue to employee service techs that dont know how to measure properly is astounding.

The windows are great. The installation process was awful. And they still aren’t finalized after 3 weeks

Nothing has gone right since I ordered the doors. The first day he was supposed to come between one and three it had rained in the morning. He said they would still be there. Then he calls and said they had problems on the last job couldn’t make it. He would work me in in first thing in the morning. He said he said between eight and nine I called and he said they were loading up the truck now and they would be on. Then he calls back and says only one of the doors is here my question to him then was how in the world were you gonna do this yesterday? If you didn’t even know, the doors were here or not. Well then he said that other door should be in that afternoon and that they would come the next morning. I tried to stay out of their way. I noticed they were putting the molding back up and had not put any insulation around the door frame. So the guy stopped and put some foam insulation around the door. They finally get done. They walk through the door how it works blah blah blah and they leave my brother comes and says there’s a gap at the bottom of the door he said that should not be there. So when they call, we put in a ticket the same day to have them come back and look at the door so the guy comes then in a day or two and tries to adjust the door and it still wasn’t run. Now the whole door looks out of square. He said he was going to leave the ticket open because he’s not sure what to do. Champion called me. We’ve set up an appointment for July 7 to have someone else come look at the door. Each day I look at the door and I see more and more and more wrong like the door was never measured correctly to begin with.

My windows look amazing. The wait time from ordering them to getting them installed was very short and that was great!

Sales person was not as knowledgeable as id like. He did not share much about the wraps and the different color options. The way the windows look is most important to me so it was a bit of a miss to know there were other options... overall the product seems great and installation was smooth so We will see how well they hold up.

We almost decided to skip over Champion because of the “sign now or lose a discount”. That’s a red flag, high pressure and not customer friendly. I understand why it’s done though. Plus the long lead time to get the windows/doors. And improved feedback on order status more often, other than just billing us at certain stages. It’s like a months long black hole.

I was hesitant to reach out to Champion because of a job that was done by my neighbor. As soon as I met the sales rep Mark, I felt at ease and when the installers came and worked with expertise I knew Champion was over and above of my expectations. It was the best investment I could have made!!!
