The salesman didn’t know some of my windows were required to be tempered glass so when the installer came to measure my windows he told me to meet building codes they had to be tempered. So I had to request tempered glass so of course the price went up. Then when they came to install the picture window (tempered glass) it was scratched by the manufacturer. So they ordered another one. When they came to install it, it was 3 inches too wide. So they ordered another one. When it came, it wasn’t tempered glass. Finally got the fourth one installed about 10 weeks later

Where do I begin? Twice the material needed was ordered, and when questioned I was lied to and phone calls and texts ignored which suggests fraud, waste, and abuse. The craftsmanship was grossly inadequate and the construction manager William said they don’t do frame work jobs (after project began) and that the salesman that came out shouldn’t have agreed to the work. I was guaranteed a water-tight, air-tight, and fully insulated sunroom. I sent videos to the construction manager William of water running in and huge gaps leading to outside open air after they submitted the work was completed. The Sheetrock was unfinishable with tapered edges against rough cut non-tapered edges and I had to pay someone else to correct it and to properly seal the end of wall and base from water intrusion because they refused to show back up. I will shout from the roof tops for as long as I live that no one should ever do any business with Champion!!

The sample showing where the heat transfer is greatly reduced was one of the selling points for us. We will know this summer how it all pans out and if the glass investment was worth it.

My bedroom windows were delivered on time & were installed beautifully by Chad. They look beautiful. However, my major concern was noise reduction & I even ordered triple pane to help with that. I do not feel the noise problem was solved so I am disappointed for that reason.

Efficiency, personnel professionalism

The communication during this whole process was abysmal. The installation scheduling were last minute requests on both occasions. Cost was only clearly communicated one time, which was at the estimate and payment expectations were not explained.
My biggest issue was I was under the impression, based on what I was told by the completion team, that I had payed my final payment only to the receive more outreach for an additional $90. For a $30,000+ job I received calls, texts, and mail with threats and late payment notices very quickly over a $90 mistake that was no fault of my own. This company did not operate, to me, like a large scale business and I was very disappointed in the administrative aspects.
All that being said, the work on the home was great and the product is good. I have no issues with the installation team or the work that was performed.

I’m a huge stickler for keeping promises/appointments. Those were broken multiple times thru the process. I feel like I should receive some kind of refund for the money lost on the multiple days my husband or I stayed home to greet the team.

They did a good job overall. The windows look nice and well installed. Had to ask them to clean the windows after they were done, but they did a good job. A couple of screens nicks needed to be repaired which they did on request. Overall, a good job.
