This company are way too expensive for anyone with a budget although the finished product was installed by employees of with company. So, instead of paying the guys that did the install. You will pay an additional fee for installation which had I not let my emotions guide to a stupid over priced door. It costed me thousands for gd basic door nothing fancy just basic!! Avoid this company for doors. I do not know anything about their windows but their are ridiculously high. Then to insult to injury the the installer half-*** cleaned their mess. They took my storm door down and after placing it back, I could not lock my door.. Highly disappointed.

It took too long fron contract to finish 4 months.

Transom window is streaked/marred on the inside; the door is hard to close and is squeaky; and the caulking job is horrible. We called and made a complaint and it still has not been fixed. Also, Champion called to ask if we had caused the window streak by putting some type of chemical on it. We did not. We’d like these issues fixed as we have paid many thousands of dollars to get a new door and want it to look nice.

Chris and Johnny were very friendly and very professional, any question I had for them they stopped working and explained what they were doing.

The only good thing about the entire process was the sales. the whole installation process was nothing but one lie after another.

Placed order in August. Door installed December 11. Ordered wrong transom. Was told reorder would be expedited, but it sure did not seem like it.

Champion of Birmingham has not fulfilled the installation of all the windows in my house. The windows were incorrectly counted and two windows remain missing. Team hasn’t tried to rectify this matter
