Overall quality of service and products. We have had 3 installation crews for our projects. All members are professional, commicative and efficient.

Marcos, did an excellent job on installing our sunroom by himself.

Installers had to come out a second to correct initial install that was set to far inside windows. When asked installers said that is how windows were measured. Same 5 windows as ones replaced on 1st floor the new windows were right above on 2nd floor

Champion was all around wonderful to work with.

Better communication after the sale would be good. I ordered the door on 7/15 but the order didn't go in until 8/8 and I expected it to be ready based on the earlier date. Messages I left for my sales rep weren't answered, but I guess he had left the company.

Dan the salesman was great!! The installers were great!!

Customer service was excellent. The installer was very professional.

The whole experience was easy. All the representatives from sales to installation were helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect. They answered questions to our satisfaction. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Great experience from beginning to the end

The end results. Really like the kitchen window.

Great communication and installation

Champion is reliable, easy to work with, and has fantastic products.

Champion hasn't finished the job! The installers never finished the sheet rock installation. Also, anindividual from Albuquerque Champion named Frank called me and DEMANDED a final payment even though the job wasn't completed. I should have never paid the final amount.

Value for thr money is lackluster, to say the least

See my responses below.

These windows are exceptionally great and change the look of the home.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They did a great job and answered all my questions.

We had a good experience with all of the people at Champion and really appreciate the quality of the product. Very likely to recommend Champion for windows that really need high efficiency but the price is high.

Igor and Daniel did not take any short cuts. They worked steadily all day.

everyone was courteous and professional.

The triple pane glass is great and blocks out the heat keeping my house 5-10 degrees cooler

Easy to work with very professional

Excellent quality, warranty, installation, and customer service

The service we received from the sales staff to the installation and even after was wonderful. I would especially like to thank Frank Davila, Daniel Phillips and our whole installation crew for all of their help with our project.

The Champion windows have definitely helped with this terrible heat wave we are in

Joe, Frank, Edgar, and Marco have done an amazing job. There were some hiccups along the way, but overall from start to finish, they have ensured my satisfaction.
Joe is especially an asset to your company and because of his ability to conceptualize a working design and communicate throughout the process, he should be recognized and rewarded.
I love your product, and in the future look forward to having my windows upgraded by your company as well.
Thanks to all for all of the hard work.

I was provided with no information on the thermal properites of the door to try to claim the state tax credit after asking multiple times. The "FREE VACATION VOUCHER" they gave me is a complete scam and after paying $100 to "activate" the voucher the cost of the "FREE" stay was MORE than just booking on google.

I like the quality and the look of the windows.

Love love love the windows. I was impressed with the reps presentation of their products. Measuring for windows was done within a week. Then that was the last I heard from Champion for 4 months. I called my rep, and he never returned my phone calls. I almost forgot I ordered windows. The communication with Champion is very poor.

Efficient service, quality windows

Isaac Zamora, the Champion representative , was on time, answered calls and knowledgeable about the product.

Install was quick . No damage to the house inside or outside. Finish off beautifully inside and out

Liked the team responsible for the sunroom installation.

Windows have made a great impact in the rooms they were installed in, the difference was noted immediately

Liked the windows.

Not even two months after the install, it rained and one of the big windows leaked the living room. I tried calling every number listed in the sales folder, left 3-4 voice-mail, and even called back the following day and did the same thing. No one has bothered to call back. Terrible communication. That's not even taking into account the install itself.

Your company is not upfront with customers about prices--no individual price list is given for windows. Your company is not open about the windows NOT being EnergyStar--in fact, you deliberately mislead people with your graphics that are on papers and your website--and the windows are not eligible for energy rebates of any kind.

There were multiple delays in my product, broken windows and the door was measured wrong multiple times.
Customer service was poor and I did not get an answer from customer service or the local office for over 4-5 months.
When I did I asked for a discount or some sort of compensation for the poor treatment as a consumer and there was nothing corporate was willing to give me. Instead I had to pay in full to receive my delayed product and then the local team made sure to cover their butts by taking pictures of the finished product to make sure I couldn’t come back and complain. They even said corporate wants documentation that everything was installed without damage. I hated my experience and inform everyone I know that I was treated like this.

They're easy to do business with from beginning to end.

Couldn’t get ahold of them, 2-3 months to install windows, they ordered the wrong size windows

Installation went well the fellows Anthony and Tim did a great job. They were friendly, careful and payed attention to details.

Your salesperson said we could apply for Energy Star rebates for our windows but Champion does not provide an itemized invoice which is required for the rebate.

Communication could have been much better.

See below

It would have been very helpful if the sales person Richard would have had a sample of the slider window with him when he came to my home.

Quality of Windows is great

We have left messages regarding our windows in kitchen and bathroom not able to open. Person was sent to check this problem and kitchen window not resolved. We would like someone to give some attention to this costly window installment

I love love love my French doors. They are amazing. I don't know how I went this long without them. They did an amazing job, so professional and went through every step that they did to get the job done.

From start to finish all the employees were very accommodating and very professional! Each one took the time to research the many questions that I had on warranties, installation techniques, and insuring that the finished product met my expectation and beyond!!!

The material quality and installation appearance exceeded my expectations.
