I would certainly without any doubt recommend all my family and friends that's thinking about having their windows replaced and in fact I already have people usually pass and I can see them just admiring my windows and some of them would come and ring the door bell just to ask me or my who replaced our windows and I tell them champion there are the best from start to finish

I feel like there was a lack of communication. The guy that came to do. Her windows worked very hard, but they was not informed that two of the windows was rotted and need to have wood replaced and secondly, there was a hot tub and they was supposed to brought something to put over the hot tub to keep from standing on it, but likely we had plywood and because they didn’t have wood for the windows. We’re running all over the place checking in our sheds getting a little scrap pieces of wood together for them to make wood for our windows to work that was not cool with us because we paid a lot of money for these windows and we feel like the supply should’ve been there on hand and then when they went to wrap the windows, they didn’t have the right color because they wasn’t the right color of brown so they had to chase that down too so it just felt like this time was a bad experience the last time you guys put our patio door in in our picture window went well and that’s why we got you to do these windows. We have several more to be done but this didn’t seem to go very well for us this time. We were very disappointed. We don’t even know if the wood that they put in there will hold because it was peace together peace by peace.

Offer 24 month installment payment plan. I was told that a 12 month plan was only available. Other companies offer the 24 month plan.

The whole experience was smooth and professional and completed without a single problem!

Both the front and back doors are very nice. The problem I've has is that the front door lock was defective. It also only had a deadbolt and no lower turn lock.No key would work and without a lower lock it could only be locked from the inside. It has been a couple weeks. This week the customer service manager came over with another man to install a temporary lock until one matching the back door could be installed. That's where we are now. I was asked to pay the full balance and sign a certificate of completion. I paid only $1000. I wrote on the paper that I would pay the remaining balance when the job was complete. I also don't like how I was treated by the customer service manager. I have withheld any public comments until now. I was a returning customer. That will not happen again.

Excellent workers.

It took 4 different people to measure for the windows. First time was during ordering. Second was after ordering but before manufacturing. Then they came out to install windows (the first time) and they wouldn't fit. They measured (AGAIN) and took windows back with new measurements. Came out second time to install, again they wouldn't fit. Took measurements for the FOURTH time and took windows back. The last time that they came out, windows barely fit. After installers left, noticed that the new patio doors do not line up correctly where they overlap. Plus the screen door for the patio door was damaged and the installer took back with them to get a replacement. They said it shouldn't take too long, but I keep getting phone calls and emails telling me that I need to sign paperwork for the installation and financing. However this paperwork clearly states not to sign if the work is not completed to satisfaction. So far, it ISN'T!

This was a very positive experience. I would recommend Champion to others. A lot of people are asking who did the work. They are considering getting their windows done as well. I am more than happy to tell them Champion.

I told salesman that I saw ad about buy two windows and third was free, but he said I had to buy three to get the deal. I new he was wrong, but bought anyway.I probably paid too much but that was my experience. Everything after that went well and had extra help from your people getting HOA with approval.

Sales pitch

The last day of construction of our new sunporch, it rained, and the 3 sidewalls that were erected under our deck, leaked rain.
Champion tells me THEN, that they knew this would leak, buy did not inform me of this until last minute and the obvious. They told me doing anything to addrerss this was not in the contract! Why not? Even if it costs more! What good is an enclosed porch that leaks? Instead of informing me of this issue@ the beginning, discussing a fix for it while building the room for a price, they evidently didn't care if I was very disappointed and pissed customer at conclusion. What could have been a very easy fix to this problem was flashing the 3 walls as they constructed the walls. Now as it is, the flashing is much more difficult, and I am not happy, and Champion does not care. Very poor mgt desicion!! I have already ntold friends and neighbors NOT to consider Champion. You did not inform me of this issue beforehand, and then you turned your back on me. Dan Pollert

Install was quick . No damage to the house inside or outside. Finish off beautifully inside and out

Installation was terrible, sliding door is already broken (the edge has chunks missing and screen is already coming away from the door), never heard from the vacation/condo rental thing that was offered as a perk for purchasing through Champion. I work two jobs and am a single parent so it's not easy for me to keep calling, emailing, finding the right person to talk to, and scheduling hours out of my work day to resolve issues that shouldn't be issues in the first place.

The sales and installation process was a good experience. However, the follow up and customer service has been a significant disappointment and little to no communications

The men worked non stop on the windows until they were finished. The left my house and yard exactly as they had found it. Very Clean. The were very considerate. The did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with my windows.

The quality is poor. The windows arrived beat up with scratches. They have black markings everywhere. There is yellow insulation residue along the window frames. The screws in the window locks don’t tighten and they move like they’re stripped. The screws have completely come out and the latches have come off! This creates a massive safety concern for the reliability and security of the windows.

Each part of the process was so fast. You hear horror stories about getting home repairs. But Champion lived up to its reputation!

During the installation I reached out to customer service twice and never received a follow up call. However, I received a half dozen calls for final payment. Due to poor workmanship I hired my contractor to finish the work.

Dependable, professional, Champion employees did the install.

The windows are amazing. My one complaint is the install guys left broken glass all over our property when they pulled out the old windows. We have grandchildren and dogs that could get injured from this broken glass. Everything else was perfect!

I love my new windows. They are beautiful and well constructed. Working with everyone at Champion was a pleasure. They were very accommodating for the installation when my schedule was difficult to match. It was a great experience from start to finish. I give them an A+
