The window trim is rough and has multiple nail holes with no caulking. Also, the crew left the job littered with Styrofoam pieces all around the house outside.
Also, windows are not EPA compliant for the region that we live in.
For the price of $34,000+ we feel scammed!

It was time for us to complete our window installation on the rear of our house, so we called Champion who had installed the front of our house in 2021. They had done an excellent job so they were called to finish the job and that is what they had done! Their crew did a fine job and left us with a completed job from start to finish.

Where do we start, the entire project has been a disaster. From the salesperson Will lying to us to the initial installers destroying our house. Too many problems to list here.

Caulk job on windows is terrible. There is plastic trim around each window. On the vertical pieces of each piece of trim, they are an inch too short on each side and it is filled with caulk to make up the inch difference. Screen door that came with sliding door will not go flush against glass door so it always looks partially open. I would have never purchased the door had I known it would look like that. Overall I am very disappointed with my windows/doors. There is one window that was installed a month after the others and it looks very nice. I had a larger window put in place of a smaller window and I am very happy with it.

Champion delivered exactly what we needed in our replacement windows. Mr. Chui provided excellent explanation about the windows as well as showing how the windows perform with both heat and cold. The installation of the windows went very well and we are very satisfied. The crew was very respectful of our property including the cleanup. We are happy we chose Champion for our window needs.

Installers were on time, got right to work, did a really nice job. Were pleasant. I had no idea how expensive the windows would be---I had only purchased storm windows years ago. That was a real shock!!!

It took over 6 months for the back door to get replaced with the correct door we ordered.

I can never get a hold of anyone, and if I do I'm told someone will call me back but they don't.

They sold me windows not up to code for the state of Indiana so when I had to change my order to a cheaper window they refused to change the contract and credit the difference. Ruthie the sales rep told me she accidentally priced me for white windows instead of black so I should be happy about my price & that was a complete lie I had another employee check and I was priced for black windows. Also when they brought the windows to install they had no idea where each window went. They tried prying the windows out at first instead of cutting the staples which damaged the shell of my home. I'm having new siding put on soon & so they cut my old siding off 2 inches around the window. Two windows were wrong they accidentally made the double hung for my kitchen & the other window was not correct nor up to code in the state of Indiana so now when I resale my home I must disclose that room cannot be a bedroom since there is no way to exit that room in case of an emergency which devalues my home tremendously. I will never be recommending a company with this much miscommunication to anyone.

Loving the new windows, they open & close with ease. I can no longer hear much of the outside noise & my cats no longer turn to look at me as they can't hear me from outside now. Love the esthetic of the windows & patio door. Made a huge difference on interior & exterior appeal.

We did not expect to be so impressed during the sales pitch with the demonstration of window quality, particularly the reduction in transfer of summer heat and winter cold. We placed our order immediately, and canceled the appointment we had with another company.

Check door lock before you bring the door

Every thing was great until we found out that the door wasn’t going to fit.
The replacement door didn’t get ordered until after I called to check.
Then the customer service didn’t do a good job of getting in touch with me.I had to get in touch with the sales person.
The installer was very skilled and was very helpful!

Happy with my finished project was unhappy with the 4 1/2 month weight. For the amount of money waiting for months plus wasn’t reasonable.

The initial process was fine. A litttle too much txting and emailing. However, the install is where things went wrong. The installer forgot to caulk some of the windows and have not returned to correct the issue. I have had to call the local office several times to get someone to come out and correct the issue. After spending and entire weekend day at home waiting for someone to fix the issue. Then when we were doing yard work yesterday, we discovered that the installation crew left a whole *** window behind.

The whole process from Deb, our sales person to the tech who measured, to the four person window install team was exceptional! The scheduler as well was very helpful to determine how to get ready for the window install. The team leader for the install had 26 years with champion and his daughter four years. I was very impressed with that level of experience and all with Champion. So, we are very pleased! The windows and slider look and perform very well!
