The communication at the office was subpar. When I had an issue, which I had to call 4-5 times (check the call log) I had long wait times for anyone to answer, then I got transferred to the actual GR office. Julius was called 2x, we left messages & he never returned our calls? The following day, Julius and myself got into a straight up screaming match! I told him to quit interrupting me and he was VERY unprofessional! And he’s the boss?? It was chaos! Pull recording so you can hear him screaming at a customer, who was only trying to get the job done! Friday, Sept 25 at 9:35 am.

The window looks great and the installers were respectful to my home, courteous, and efficient. I gave a 6 because of the high pressure and the fact an appointment to gather information about Champion windows and cost turned in to a 4 1/2 appointment. I should have said no just on the pressure alone. That is on me.

Don’t use Champion. Get a small contractor instead. They charged us 28k to side our 1700sqft home and gave us nothing but mistakes, delayed job completion, and headaches.

Better communication after the sale would be good. I ordered the door on 7/15 but the order didn't go in until 8/8 and I expected it to be ready based on the earlier date. Messages I left for my sales rep weren't answered, but I guess he had left the company.

First thing after looking at my contract I had to work with the salesman to get the deal he said I would get. When the windows arrived they were the wrong windows. I spoke to the person over installation and requested how much of a discount I would receive if I kept the windows. I never received a return call from him. Customer service informed me the order to replace my windows had been entered. I thought it would save Champion some money if they didn't have to hire someone else to replace the windows.

We were pleased with the result from start to finish! They informed us what they were planning to do on a timely basis.

I was led to believe I was getting a sliding door along with my windows. When I called and made my 2nd payment, I asked and was confirmed I was getting one with the person who took my payment.
I never got a sliding door that I thought I was paying for in the total cost.

One of the window screens had a hole in it the day of install. I find it hard to believe that the installation crew didn’t notice the damage when I noticed it as soon as I came home. When I called to get this resolved I was scheduled for someone to come out and repair the screen.
First scheduled appointment: no call/no show
Second scheduled appointment: no call/ no show.
Third scheduled appointment: no show, got a call the next morning saying he could come over but I told him I had already left for work.
Forth scheduled appointment: a different guy show up as scheduled but couldn’t fix my screen because he didn’t have the screen material. He then suggested that I take the screen to your warehouse and they would fix it. I told him that wasn’t going to happen and that he should take it himself to be repaired, especially after all the missed appointments from Champion. The tech did take the screen back and had it repaired, he also repaired another window with a latching problem.

The window trim is rough and has multiple nail holes with no caulking. Also, the crew left the job littered with Styrofoam pieces all around the house outside.
Also, windows are not EPA compliant for the region that we live in.
For the price of $34,000+ we feel scammed!

It was time for us to complete our window installation on the rear of our house, so we called Champion who had installed the front of our house in 2021. They had done an excellent job so they were called to finish the job and that is what they had done! Their crew did a fine job and left us with a completed job from start to finish.
