Entire experience was excellent. Price may discourage some people but creative financing helps. Price vs value will be answered in time. We believe we made the right choice!

I’ve never worked with more experienced team of professionals. The product is above reproach. Buy the best and you’ll never be sorry.

I would recommend you but most of the people I know could not afford you.

Quick, easy, painless, etc.

My first set of doors was defective and the installers damaged my new deck. The second set of doors was the wrong color completely and the third set had paint defects and scratches on the dark outside paint. Also, the installers did not carry the correct touch up paint.

Only problem I had was the installers could not speak or understand English. Did good job though.

Our front door is amazing. Our back patio door trash. There is color bond issues and we were told in January it would be made right. Scheduled someone to come out was told to be patient champion would make it right. A service came out yesterday and suggested using touch up paint on the door. Mind you it is a brand new door with bunches of blemishes and white paint. We have no screen door that was supposed to come during installation. When service came out they had nothing with them so we waited 3 months for service and now we wait longer. We spent 10-15 k on a door that not only looks terrible but that we have now had to wait on repairs for going on 6 months and who knows when it will be fixed correctly. We are not happy spending that much money on a door that is going to be fixed with touch up paint. We were told we would be happy once someone came out well we are not happy and touch up paint and ordering half a dooe is not the answer either. Very disappointed with this purchase. We had planned to purchase siding this summer and then an enclosed patio this fall or next summer however now I am not sure we will purchase anything ever from champion and shop elsewhere. It is a shame because we purchased 20k in windows and now 20 k in doors. Customer service sucks and when we spoke to upper management they told me and my wife we will be satisfied and we are not. No discount, no new door, no screen door, 6 months and we still wait. But we will be satisfied they say. Unfortunately you guys dropped the ball.

Gene the installer was awesome! He did a wonderful job! Jordan the sales consultant was great too! Thoroughly explained why Champion is a better product. After Gene got them installed, I am a believer, totally!

Installation went well the fellows Anthony and Tim did a great job. They were friendly, careful and payed attention to details.

The product and installation is top notch. I think there needs to be more clarity on the financial aspect and who the financial company is.

Placed an order last year and Champion could not get 2 of my windows measured correctly. Had to wait almost a year for job completion. No management has responded to me to discuss any type of compensation for our many times of having to take time off of work to meet crew with incorrect window fit.

My installation because of the size of the front window required 3 people but only 2 were available. Thus this installation took 10 hrs to get done, I thought the windows were made to fit but there were gaps. 3 sizes were filled with foam. They did not have enough cover to go over the foam so will be back. The crank to open one of the windows is not working correctly. No one told me the mess that would be created. The installers were asked to remove their shoes as I have white carpet.
